Sorry to say, Panache has permanently closed. I enjoyed shopping at Panache and often found some wonderful gems.

I liked to shop here in the past, but the prior owner was very rude and at times almost antagonistic. I rarely consigned here for that reason, but sometimes dropped in to shop when I was in the area. Well, now I'll shop and consign here with pleasure. There is new ownership since late summer and they are lovely! Nice items and great prices. Note: Consignment is now by appointment only. read more

Great selection. Horrible customer service. I spent $400 on my most recent trip and realized within minutes of leaving the store that they hadn't bagged up all of my merchandise. I ran back to the store where I was verbally assaulted by a worker from the store. She stated I hadn't purchased the merchandise and cursed at me. The police saw the employee yelling at me and me crying, and stopped to help. The owner of the store finally arrived after the police made the employee contact her. After we went in the store, we discovered that I had paid for the items that were missing. The owner gave me the missing items but first tried to charge me more for them telling me that the employee should not have given me the sale price and I was abusing the system. I went there to look around, not spend $400. The store employees convinced me to buy items that I didn't necessarily need. I told the owner that if she thinks that I was trying to manipulate her employees then to just return all of the items. She gave me the items, but I never received an apology for wasting my time, her employee cursing me on the street, calling me a liar, involving the police to finally be able to get my merchandise, wasting two hours of my time and literally making me feel extremely horrible about the entire shopping trip. I have been to the store many times and spent a lot of money there. I do like the clothes that she carries at the store. However, it is not worth my sanity to shop yhere again. read more

This is one of my mother and I favorite shops! We always find very nice clothing and handbags and at reasonable prices! The ladies that work there are very friendly and we love seeing them and speaking with them when we come to visit. read more

SOMETHING OLD, SOMETHING NEW While I am not a consignment shopper, I was drawn into this little boutique because of the awesome name and the open door. This store has very cute, current fashions, shoes, jewelry and other accessories. They had everything from cute and casual to professional and special occasion items. The formal dresses were all housed in garment bags and hung along a back wall. The special occasion shoes were housed in the same area as the dresses so that you could easily select a dress and then a pair of complimenting shoes. As I looked around and took it all in, one of the nice sales ladies came in to check on us and ask if we needed assistance. I love the large three-way mirror that is located in an open space close to the register. Some of these dresses are so full that you need the space and regardless of what you try on, it's always nice to have a complete view of your outfit. This is a perfect place to snag a prom dress or a dress that you may wear only one time for a special event. Even though you may not be a consignment shopper now, you may just become one after visiting this store. read more

Visited here for the first time today and was very pleasantly surprised. Huge selection of clothes and shoes and bags and accessories and all at an amazing price. We got some great pieces. I don't know what the fuss is about with all the negative reviews. This is an consignment shop-- not Nordstrom. The store should be judged on its availability of items, not service. There was a blond lady at the counter and she was neither overly friendly or rude. We got a ten minute warning because the store was closing soon, but I thought that was perfectly reasonable. We will definitely come back! A lot of hidden gems here, including special occasion dresses. read more

I walked into an all women's consignment store with a bag of my mothers clothing not needed in an effort to help her with this errand I was helped by Vevi a middle age blonde with a bad attitude. After being asked to wait ten minutes to go through the clothes in a customer-less store, the employee was disrespectful and rude when asked if she could go over a document she wanted me to sign, explains the rules of selling to the store. ill informed, ultimately I left the store with my mothers clothing in hand. I wish I had read the reviews earlier because my experience mirrored what a bunch of reviews said- when you go to consign the clothes, the employee working there was rude to say the least.I had called before going and they had told me they would be accepting winter consignments on/after November 1st. So I go there today and the lady's attitude was as if she was doing me a huge favor going over my stuff and as if I was trying to sell trash to her. There were sweaters and jackets and dresses, bought from all over the world, stuff similar to what they sell all the time! But she gave me an extremely haughty and rude attitude. I have been here before as a customer and found good jewelry and this lady has always been a sweet talker on those occasions-why not !!-they charge a pretty penny for being a consignment store. This was my first time consigning. And it was a horrible experience. She made me feel like dirt. She didn't bother to go through all my wares. Her mannerism was so insulting after the first two pieces she saw, I decided to leave. I will not be going here again. read more

This store is awesome! They have a wide variety of styles and sizes and always have new stuff. I love all the ladies that work in there are well. It's great to be able to bring in some gently used clothes to sell and pick up something new to you for a great price! read more

As someone with much experince of being a consigner, I advise anyone that's searching for a place to resell their clothing to, to not bring their items to this location. To begin, the customer service was overall very poor; when I asked the lady at the cashier (Bibi?) for assistance with collecting my clothing for retraction, she rudely declined and stated that she is not allowed to leave her station at the cash register. She told me that I should have called in advance so that they could have my items prepared in advance, even though I had already done so. In fact, this wasn't even my first trip to the store to collect my items. In the end, a very nice lady named Martha was the one that had helped me go on a searching hunt for my items scattered around the store. When I recieved the check for what had been sold, the payment was very low compared to the steep prices they have for being a second-hand shop. In conclusion, with the customer service being at its current state along with the low profit made on the items brought to this location, the hassle of attempting to resell or to purchase items here is not worth it. read more

Don't close Panache!! I don't know where Monica B shops but it certainly can't be at the same place I've been going to for the past 7 years. The staff is super friendly and helpful. While I don't consign; i love to shop at Panache; it's like having my own giant closet. They have a fine selection of up to date clothing. You can tell that they only take in the best! Panache is a fantastic store to find just about anything clothing/accessory related. I have been a Panache shopper and consigner for about five years and have bought countless items of clothing, designer bags and shoes and gifts. I love this store because they are always willing to help you find items that fit you well and put together outfits and accessories. To start off, I am very familiar with fashion boutiques, consignment or new. It is to be expected when you are a teenage girl shopping for a prom dress to be treated skeptically by the employees. Modeling and shopping for fashion stores I know how employees or owners should behave. I am completely appalled with the lack of respect, manners, and down right human interaction skills that I saw displayed by one of this "stores" workers OR owners today-I do intend to find out. My friend and I mistakenly went in this store today around 4:15- 45 minutes before closing. We picked out around 8 gowns and from the second the blonde, passed middle aged, woman saw us she was immediately beyond rude. She could be be heard exasperatingly sighing remarks under her breath about how she was not staying late. "She had been there since 10am and did not care we walked in an hour prior to closing. She has a life, she is not staying passed closing" we could hear all of these remarks and were very polite and understanding saying we would come back the following day, it was no problem at all. As we were hanging up dresses and walking towards the door she LOST it. Stating how we have no understanding of working all day. No consideration. I said, "I'm sorry I thought you closed at 7:00 like most boutiques" she almost screamed "we NEVER close at seven. At this point I told her how rude she was and how appalled I was. I love boutiques however it really makes me question after today if just anyone can operate a store that deals with young girls I would never want my daughter mistreated the way I was today. If you can't tell by the length of this post, today is not the end of my relationship with this store I will find out exactly who it is I need to talk to, to ensure appropriate conduct is held by those who have the "capability" to run a business. I have NEVER been so poorly treated in a public environment in my 18 years. I had to repost this seeing the owner must have somehow gotten it removed. Overpriced! At times Rude depending on which lady is working that day! And if you are selling items be aware. READ contract in full and make a good list of your items. Also when questioning about not receiving emails on items sold... Answer..."Did you check your Junk mail" Appenrently all their emails go to your Junk mail folder. How convenient because the checks are voided after 60 days so if you don't pick up your check...Your lost!!! Oh and they take it upon themselves to donate your items that are not selling. read more

Do NOT consign your clothes at this store. I feel ripped off. They do not keep good records of your items that you leave to consign. I left 8 items on initial visit. They ask you to donate anything that does not sale, or pickup in 3 months. If you chose to pick them up....they get angry and tell you to find your items. I was told I had 4 items left in the store. I tried to find my clothes and my items were not in the store. Obviously, they sold my clothes and did not record the sell or pay me for them. I has given $22. and no record of what had been sold. I left with one pair of shorts, which were not the ones I had originally consigned. read more

The owners are always so friendly and helpful-you can tell they love fashion and are excited to help you find beautiful pieces at affordable prices. Plenty of designer clothing and accessories too!
