One of the best parts about this place is its open Sundays. It's one of the only consignment stores in the area that has great hours for the working folks! They typically have a $5-10 cart on the outside with some items they're trying to clear. I have found some amazing theory pants on this rack. They carry all types of brands; From high-end to moderate brands, but all in great condition. They will have a sign at the front to tell you what colors are on sale. This weekend I scored a pair of AGOLDE jeans for $8. Amazing! I usually get a good amount of items for under $70. The brands I picked up included, AGOLDE, Banana Republic (NWT and this season), and some theory pants for $11. The customer service is okay. You will get greeted sometimes, sometimes you won't. I've never had a negative experience tho. Everyone is always readily available to help, if you require it. FINAL VERDICT: if I'm ever on a thrift marathon, this is always on my list of places to stop at. I absolutely adore their inventory and I love to shop second hand. As a women's retailer, they carry casual clothing and accessories in-store with a small selection of dressier items - for a larger selection of all their stock, visit their website. Generally speaking, the price points at Chico's are pretty high but they always have a Sale section in the store and you can pick up some real bargains browsing through those racks (blazers for $19!). I normally only shop the sale section but recently decided I needed a few new items for summer and purchased a pair of denim shorts (flattering and comfortable) at full price. Based on the number of times I've already worn them, they're worth the cost. The accessories at Chico's are very trendy, and expensive - chunky rings, necklaces - so I don't often make accessory purchases here, but I have found an occasional fun piece on clearance for less than $20. The Northpoint location is my usual store and I've found the associates to be pleasant and helpful without hovering. They know the inventory and are quick to offer assistance in locating an item in other stores for customers. This store is located along Northpoint Parkway, well away from the mall and associated traffic snarl that it generates. Chico's is near the south end of this strip center with ample parking and easy in/out access at two stop lights. I'm a regular Chico's customer and I give them two thumbs up.

The clothes are very nice but as I was tossing out the tags and receipts I noticed that the staff at Brooks Brothers had put stickers over the original prices to INCREASE the price of everything prior to their "sale", making the sale a total sham. I've attached photos so you can see that they did this and the receipt lists "sale prices" but really everything was just made more expensive to make it seem like things were on sale. Sneaky, shady, and just disappointing. It's not as much about the dollar amount as it is the character of this company. The clothes are nice & soft but what a terrible and sneaky business they are running over there at Brooks Brothers Avalon in Alpharetta. We are reaching out to corporate with all of our tags and receipts. Extremely disappointed. Edited to add: In addition to calling corporate we are also reaching out to local news stations about this because I think it would be a good cautionary story during this holiday season. The Federal Trade Commission actually has laws about deceptive advertising.

Stopped by the shop for the first time yesterday. We've been to the square in Roswell many times…read more(we live in Johns Creek, so we're really close) but I've never been in the shop before. I didn't even know it was there, its pretty far off the square but we parked so far away yesterday that we walked by it. They had a gorgeous June Cleaver looking dress outside so I wandered up to look at it. I kept moving after seeing the $169 price tag. It wasn't $169 pretty, trust me. On the way back to the car later we walked by and they had put a rack of dresses outside with a sign that said "Buy 2, get 1 free". So I'm thinking great! I might not pay $169 for simple, non-brand dresses but I'll pay $100-$200 for 3 of them. The prices marked on the dresses were ok, still a little on the high side but not horrible, $70-$90 each. I pick out 3 and head to the teeny fitting room that doesn't even have a mirror and try them on. The salesperson was pretty close the whole time (a little suffocating) and as I was trying to discuss the dresses with my partner, after discovering that only one fit, she told me that we would get 1/2 off if we just got the one dress. Great! The dress was marked $85 so I'm totally good with $42.50 for the dress. I still thought it was a fuzz high, serioulsy you could get a similar dress at the mall for ~$30. Just kind of a plain, boatneck cotton tank dress, nothing outstanding about it. I do like to support small business in the area so I'm willing to pay a little more. I am NOT, however, willing to be fleeced. At the register we were charged NINETY dollars. I reminded the associate that the dress was suposed to be half price (this was the same associate that had told me this originally). She proceeds to tell us that its half off the ORIGINAL price of $169!!!! Wait a darn minute, that's not what you said and that's not what the sign said!! We did buy the dress, my partner knew I was on the verge of creating a scene arguing with the sales person so he forked his credit card over before I could refuse. He can certainly afford the cost, I can afford the cost but it was SOOOO not worth $90, how could it have even been $169 to start with? These are not designer or even name brand dresses!! In my closet there are $10 dresses, $20 dresses and even $100 and $200 dresses. But you better believe that if it costs $100-$200 some brand name is going to be on it. I'm now saddled with (no returns) a no-name $90 tank dress. I DO NOT appreciate being fleeced nor do I appreciate deceptive advertising, it just makes for a bad business model. You may have gotten a sale off of me, Bilt house but you lost a woman that could've been a good customer. Seeing your limited selection of clothing at horribly inflated prices you can't afford to be alienating customers that way, I suggest you rethink your methods.
