She cut out all the hair that needed to go and replaced my layers. I had an appointment for a wedding hair and makeup trial before my engagement pictures and Katie…read moretexted me the week before to tell me she had to cancel it. I agreed to let her coworker, Emily, take the appointment instead. Not only did Katie never apologize to me, she showed up at the time of my appointment, ignored me, and proceeded to color someone else's hair. When Emily finished, I found out she doesn't do makeup, although I was expecting her to because Katie told me she could, and Katie refused to do it because she was taking care of another customer DURING MY ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT TIME.
