I am from Michigan visiting for a couple of weeks and have been reading the reviews about Panache from several sites. I am very particular about my brow shape as well I left a couple of messages on the day the shop was closed and the owmer, Ms, Shah, called the next morning accommodating my schedule (a 3 yr old in nursery school and 80 year old semi invalid)! Binita was wonderful! She was able to schedule me in between customers and also my shaped brows that had been needing threading for 6+ weeks! Although I have been to Panache several times and have had excellent experiences (which is why this is not a one-star review), this morning's experience was extremely frustrating. I called in advance to make an appointment and was scheduled for 10:45 am; Binita had said that she could fit me in between a facial she was doing. I arrived at the salon around 10:40 and the door was locked. I knocked twice and there was no response. I assumed she must have been in the back room with the other client, so I waited until 10:45 and knocked again. At that point, I decided to call and let her know that I was waiting outside. No response. So I waited another 10 minutes and let her know that that I was leaving. I drove to work and received a phone call from Binita round 11:15 apologizing for not being there and letting me know that she had fallen ill. I completely sympathize with someone falling sick and I appreciate that she decided to quarantine herself and I acknowledge the difficulties in trying to reach clients and let them know that the salon would be closed that day. However, I also would expect that Binita would offer more than apology as this was an error on her part. Overall, while I do appreciate the apology as well as my past experiences at this salon, I can't say I will be going back. read more

I only go to Panache to have my eyebrows threaded! Binita (the owner) is amazing and so nice. She charges $8 for eyebrows which is far less then anywhere else in the Lehigh Valley. If you check out groupon, sometimes she has 2 eyebrow threading services for only $5 (for new customers only). You can't beat that. I recently got eyebrow extensions done by Binita and I am obsessed with how they came out!! (See my picture above). She also does facials which are wonderful! read more

First off I am a super picky person when it comes to my eyebrows. I notice anything off before and after getting them done. I can honestly say I've never been disappointed here. She does my eyebrows perfectly. I have thicker eyebrows and I don't have to tell her anything she just does them perfect. She has a lot of clients so make sure to make an appointment. I ran late to my appointment before but called to let her know and she would do her best to fit me in which is very generous. Never had a bad experience here. read more

I just moved to the area and in need of a eyebrow rescue after all the bad jobs done around the towns waxing places. It was 5:45 when I drove by and I saw a small sign for eyebrow threading which I could not find in all the search I did online. I moved from North Jersey and you can find eyebrow threading just about anywhere. I stopped in and even though I had no appointment and they were about to close Ms. Shah let me in. I waited and when it was my turn the magic began. She took her time to do my eyebrows and would show me what she was doing. She fixed my eyebrows from a place I do not think they could have been saved. I am one happy customer. She provides skin care services as well as makeup. You can also buy skin care line and makeup sold there. I hope when I type threading in Bethlehem I can find her studio. It us a great ambiance and she is professional but kind. She knows skin. She ruined my eyebrows! I had beautfiul squared full eyebrows. When I came in I begged her to please squeeze me in because I had missed my earlier appointment. She seemed to have done my eyebrows in a horrible mood, very fast and not paying attention to the shape. Ofcourse, the general assumption for a hispanic woman is to have small thin eyebrows, but ofcourse I like mine thick and squared. It is if as though she made a mistake on one of my eyebrows and chunked a big piece out. NOW ITS GONNA TAKE ME FOREVER TO GROW BACK! read more

You do want to make an appointment as the studio can get busy, but she always tries to accommodate and is professional, polite and friendly. After moving from North Jersey and having a threading artist for years I was very concerned about going somewhere new. Well I guess I'll still be looking. I purchased the deal on yelp, unfortunately the woman who works there was not aware of it. I guess her husband didn't mention it to her (nor did she get around to showing him the picture of the voucher she took). I didn't pay attention to the appointment only (my error, no worries). It wouldn't have been as slightly annoying if she didn't seem slightly bothered. I asked when can I reschedule as I had come from phillipsburg. I didn't need to hear how busy you were. Nonetheless we rescheduled to Friday. Traffic hade running about 8 mins behind I called 15 ahead of my appointment to notify her. Ok I get you are busy. New York threading busy is a salon full, California busy at Zibas (hands down the best place EVER- love Mona) is a 40 minute wait, I guess no one sitting there, but in the appointment-hey I get it. She was willing to squeeze me in. I was appreciative. So my 14 month and I journey there and was waiting to see more than no one. Hey I get it, appt only. I was I need of eyebrows being done. Was not wowed. Definitely mediocre. If you get them threaded it kinda takes you a minute to reeeeaaaalllly look in the mirror. Hmmm why was so much left on the top. Guess my pencil has to fix these. Binita has been doing an awesome job threading my brows for over a year, but last week when I was telling her how stressed & drained I was she suggested a facial. WOW! Just got home. Binita tailors the facial to your individual skin needs. She incorporates massage & acupressure that makes your stress float away. She made several suggestions for maintaining my skin. Out of the past 6 years of getting my eyebrows threaded, I have never met a staff so rude and disrespectful towards me and experienced such bad customer service. I received an eyebrow threading and upon noticing it was substantially thinner, the eyebrow specialist became immediately defensive and unempathetic towards me, to the point where I left the studio in tears from utter lack of respect or regard for a customer. DO NOT go there if you don't want a customizable experience with staff that CARE about how your eyebrow look and feel. Mistakes happen on the eyebrow's specialist's part, but doesn't mean you blame the customer and show such rude behavior read more

I'm originally from Bethlehem but have since moved to VA the last two years. I was going to Panache on a regular basis when I lived in the area. I do still stop in when visiting family. I have had such a hard time finding someone good to do my brows and no one comes close to the owner. She really takes the time to examine your brows before starting and her shop is super clean. The price, you also can't beat! She is very good at trying to fit you in last minute without an appointment. read more

I agree with the previous yelper. The owner doesn't have great customer service skills, and doesn't acknowledge you when you come in. The times I've had appointments, she took walk ins before me without notifying me, and I would have to wait 15 minutes or so before she started on me. She implies that she is busier than you (her clients) which is just rude. She messed up my eyebrows once, and when I asked her to fix it, she made me wait until she finished her next client, and did not apologize. read more

Im always researching new places for skin care and when I saw a groupon for eyebrow threading and express microdermabrasion I read up on the reviews and decided to purchase it. I just went in this weekend and am so glad I did. The services were great, I was more impressed with the time she took with me to analyze my skin and tell me how I really should be caring for my skin. She has a pretty good deal if you become a member, being that Im in the area quite often I will most likely take advantage of that. The salon is clean and well maintained.
