I just moved to Pennsylvania from California and I had no idea where to find my new eyebrow threading spot. I saw Sneha's was well reviewed on yelp, so I decided to come here. without me even having to give direction, my stylist kept my shape and thickness. She focused on cleaning up the eyebrows and the surrounding areas. I got my lip done as well. The stylist was very kind and conversational in the best way. I decided to get my armpits waxed for the first time in my life after shaving for years. Because I had shaved so long, my roots were very deep and my hair was course. That made it painful but she relaxed me through conversation. She also asked if I was in pain so that she could adjust the direction she pulls the wax off (to relieve discomfort). I have been getting my brows threaded for over twenty years and today feels like the first time I ever had them done right!!! As of now I'm traveling the country being a digital nomad while visiting places that people overlook. Now the last time I had my brows done the lady went to high on one and I looked like I was always questioning things hahaha I asked this time if she can help me balance them back out. This girl was so sweet about it and said she would try her best. She knew my brows were a hot mess from before coming here! After getting threaded I decided to get my brows tinted, I'm getting older and realized they aren't as dark as they use to be. We decided that medium brown would be perfect and it is!! Just moved to the area. First time here. The ladies did an amazing job on my eyebrows. They look perfect! It takes a pro to see the imperfections in my eyebrows (one was thinner than the other, etc) before I even sat in the chair. I moved to the Lehigh Valley almost 2 years ago and was in desperate need for a place to get my eyebrows threaded. The first few times I went to the place in the mall. Then one day..I discovered this place and have been returning since. My eyebrows and upper lip always have a clean look after a visit here. I've also never had to wait longer than 5 mins to get a chair. Also...huge bonus. I called one time at 7pm to confirm what time the close. The lady said she was closing because they close at 7pm. 4 minutes later, at 7:04pm she called me back to ask if I was coming from far away or if I was close by because she said she'd wait for me if I was close by. She held onto her word and completed my eye brows for me. I consider that excellent customer service bc she could've just closed and I didn't even ask her to stay open for me. Today was my second time at Sneha's Threading. My eyebrows were way overgrown, and I felt like I couldn't go another day without the professional help. I was suffering from a pinched nerve and when it was time to stretch the eyebrow area, I couldn't lift my arms. I was about to leave (without being charged for what was already groomed) when I asked another customer if she wouldn't mind helping me. Turns out, this lady was a friend of the proprietor, and she was kind enough to stretch the eyebrow areas so I could appear presentable for the next couple of weeks. Love this place amazing service by kajal patel and friendly environment I just moved from Georgia and I just find this place I try their facial ,bleach, waxing and threading.i am very satisfied before I try other 2 places but they didn't did good service and charge me double. Eyebrow threading was amazing the few times I've been there, I would give 5 stars for that alone, but skip the Brazilian/bikini waxing!! I've been doing this for years and I'm now extremely sore (hours later!), red/sporty, and not happy with the process. The same wooden stick was repeatedly dipped into the wax warmer which looks like it is not single use, the same strips were used over and over, the process took twice as long as it should have, the creams used after burned and I'm sure are a big part of why it now looks like I have razor burn. Overall the waxing area in the back was not the cleanest. I will continue going there but only for eyebrow threading. The owner was very nice and the facility looked okay in every other aspect. Great place, just go spend more to get waxed somewhere with more experience. read more

I started going here because it was convenient. At first I had a few good experiences and then one time I got a lady with obviously no experience which took her about 20 mins to do my brows and it was basically her using the thread to " pluck" each individual hair. It was basically torture. I returned a few more times and got the owner. My last time and I mean MY LAST time she thinned my eyebrows and one looked different than the other. She accused me of plucking and that's why my brows are the way they were. I've never done anything with my eyebrows in the last 3 months but go to her salon. I told her I would not return and she just shrugged her shoulders. I'll drive 25 mins to Bethlehem and go to a place that takes their time and really looks at your brows to make sure they match read more

Do NOT go here. The owner did my eyebrows and they came out TERRIBLE!! My left eyebrow was nice and the right looked NOTHING like it, she took TOO MUCH OFF and after i asked if she could fix it if not to just leave it she was such a jerk and said NO SHE DID A PERFECT JOB. I couldn't believe it, instead of saying oh no okay ill fix it she wants to tell me that its to HER liking...how does that make sense when I AM THE ONE PAYING HER. Just so rude and not right at all!!
