The golf cart was brand new, and very fancy. Gina was very informative in explaining the operation of the cart, but more importantly, she explained the local laws to avoid gettin trouble. We rented our cart shortly after a tropical storm, and I don't know if all the water on the streets made our lights go out. We called, and they immediately responded by bringing us another cart. With the weather conditions the way they were, I am not surprised by the issue we had. Things happen, but it was very impressive on how responsive they were on helping us and switching to another cart. I firmly believe that you find out more through adversity than when things are trouble free. I highly recommend Rally By the Beach, and will definitely use them again when in Panama City Beach. These are good people who care about their product and your enjoyment!

None of this is told when you go to rent the carts. They tell you all this when you come to pick it up, after you already paid to reserve it they hit you with all these additional charges. Very poor business models. If I had know $75 a day would turn in to $110 a day i wouldnt have reserved through them.
