Hidden fees. Lack of availability. Must purchase insurance through them. Advertised prices are not accurate. $75 a day ended up being about 110 a day because you have to buy their insurance, you have to pay rental fees and you have to pay surcharges. None of this is told when you go to rent the carts. They tell you all this when you come to pick it up, after you already paid to reserve it they hit you with all these additional charges. Very poor business models. If I had know $75 a day would turn in to $110 a day i wouldnt have reserved through them. read more

I wish I would've checked the Yelp reviews before I booked. The exact same thing happened to us. Was told they will deliver and 10 minutes later said they can't deliver to our address and we can't even drive it back to our location. The lady we spoke to was horrible. Said she had a list of people who wanted a car but would not stop the charge. Told me she can give 50 percent back only. Literally hadn't even ran the card through yet. We rented from Cali's Beach Buggie and had such a great experience. It's a family-owned business and you can truly feel it, they were so friendly, relatable, and honest from the start. The booking process was smooth. Their rates were better than most places we saw on the strip and even though it was a little bit of a drive past some of the other rental spots (from where we stayed), I'd make that drive every time. Cali at Calis beach buggies is the place to get your carts! The carts are clean and nice! Cali and her husband (I did not catch his name) but they are not only professional but personable which to me as an "outsider" made the world of difference. They definitely made me feel like we made a friend and will only use them when we come to PCB ever! Absolutely awful customer service. We rented a four person golf cart and it was supposed to be dropped off at our place at around 10. Then it was announced an hour later that we had to go pick it up because it was out of their delivery range. And then we were called by the odfice and the lady was super disrespectful. She was snippy and rude. She called us liars and eventually we got the owner on the phone. The owner cussed at us and also accused us of being liars about recieving texts (which we did not get) supposedly telling us about the change in how we got the golf cart. All in all, the people were very disrespectful to us and have bad customer service. Would not recomend. read more
