I chose the Bleu burger, and it was quite satisfying and tasty. The burger was big enough that I had some difficulty biting into it. Also, the smooth bleu cheese and the soft caramelized onions were the perfect contrast to the crunchy fried leeks in the middle of the burger which blended well with the seasonings of the patty. I also ordered their Chocolate Truffled Caked Shake as an afterthought. It's supposedly a milkshake with some cake blended in. I know that it sounds so delicious, but I suggest that you think twice before ordering one for yourself. In my opinion, it's a little too expensive for its small serving and ordinary taste. Their milkshakes aside, I'd give 8 Cuts a thumbs up.

They also offer a variety of unique combinations, and offer each in "Good," "Better," and "Best" sizes! My burger of choice is the Roasted Sesame Crunch, veggie patty, good size. I always try to give a fair review, but being so kuripot, I tend to be biased on the side of savings and budget. And the first thing that comes to mind when I think of this place is SULIT. Delicious food, BIG servings at super affordable cost. Being a creature of habit, I ordered their Bleu Cheese burger, which costs 150 pesos (plus 35 for fries and a drink). Imagine being super full at that amount. Hubby ordered the Jawbreaker, a half-pound burger with all the works (mine was only 1/4 pound burger patty but it was already so filling). Finish that piece of meat within five minutes and you won't have to pay for it, but hubby declined the challenge and instead took his sweet time devouring it. That is the second biggest burger they have, next to the Tombstone, which I personally think one must present a medical certificate before eating. Just the thought of consuming that makes me dizzy. In all fairness, it did come with a warning on the menu: "This might kill you on the spot." Sweet nila noh? Best part is there were 10 of us eating full meals and we only paid a little over 2,000 pesos. Awesome, right? Zark's is a no-frills kind of diner and I honestly think they need to work on the aesthetics of the place, but when it comes to the food, I'm impressed. I'll probably be back very soon and order their Luther burger (which comes with a Krispy Kreme donut for the bun) or try one of their desserts.

We also tried their Mozzarella Sticks with Marinara Sauce (P190) - this was the dish that I liked best. The mozzarella stick was served hot - crispy outside, gooey inside. Just perfect with the marinara dip. For pasta, we had the Aglio Olio (it's only P100!) and it already comes with a 65-degree egg. That egg looks like it's made of plastic because it's so perfect, like one of those Japanese food displays, but it's real! This dish was okay, but not something I'd reorder. I had their Java Chip Frappe (P185) - it was nice and creamy, but P185 is kinda high... I smelled their coffee, and their coffee smells really good. I mean, it's coffee the way I like it - Fresh. Not over-roasted. If I find myself in the area, I would go back for their coffee because I can imagine it would be pretty good. IMPRESSIONS This seems like the most upscale place that we visited in Antipolo. Guess that's why everybody's hanging out here. It has this odd taste to it, I can't even figure out what it taste like. Their pasta like the baked macaroni and cheese and the seafood marinara wasn't so special either. I didn't get to try any of the cakes they offer, but I know it's their saving grace because it's supplied by Chocolat, which is our go-to place for last minute desserts for parties.
