First, Publix has amazing customer service. You are continuously greeted by the employees as you walk through the supermarket. They also will address any question or concern you might have. Customer service is just one thing that sets Publix apart. Another thing is their weekly BOGO (buy one, get on free) deals. Every week they have a slew of great deals. We also cannot forget their subs, affectionately known as pub subs. These are great subs. One of my main go to subs their Italian. I also like their roast beef and cheese. My daughter, who is not a huge sandwich fan, even likes their chicken tenders subs. My son, who does like sandwiches, likes their Italian sub, as well. Kind of weird to realize that some of the best subs come from a supermarket, but Publix definitely delivers. Oh, another thing that I am a fan of is the Publix diet iced tea, available over by the deli section. The deli is also pretty impressive. You can get cakes and whatnot, but I really like their bread and they also have pizza dough do that you can make your own homemade pizza. All in all, Publix is a great supermarket and it is my go to supermarket. If you have been to Publix, I am sure you will understand. If you are not familiar with Publix supermarket, try them once and you will be a fan. Publix has come a long way since they began here in Florida. They have expanded throughout the southeast and continue to grow. As I said, I do recommend Publix, definitely the best supermarket around.

A big fat grey haired lady and a big fat dark haired lady (front end manager) had their name tags flipped over (Typical behavior). They called an actual manager Matt who said used items can't be returned because they aren't in "good condition". Online it says I can return any item that I am not satisfied with. Dear Walmart, please explain your return policy so it makes sense. Do returns need to be unused and in perfect condition or can I return them less than 24 hours later because they are unsatisfactory? ~Lifelong Walmart Customer~

On Friday, before heading to Vero Beach for the weekend, I made one of my last stops at this Publix location. Several hours later, after arriving in Vero, I realized my credit card was missing. I immediately paused the card and tried retracing my steps. I suspected I may have left it at the store--perhaps in a shopping cart or at the register. I called and spoke with a woman, explained the situation, and assumed I'd need to replace the card. I wasn't expecting much else. To my surprise, on that night I was reached out to by the manager, Brandon. He found the card! And guess what? By Saturday morning, the front desk at my hotel handed me an envelope that had been delivered--inside was my credit card! The Publix manager had not only found it, but also took the initiative to mail it to my hotel, recognizing I might need it during my trip. This act of thoughtfulness and integrity completely floored me. It's not every day that you experience this level of care and attention. I'm incredibly grateful for the honesty, professionalism, and genuine kindness shown. Thank you to the Publix team--and especially Brandon who took the time to help. You've earned a loyal customer for life.

If you're looking for one of the major grocery stores, the closest is probably more than 20 miles from here. If you need camping supplies like fire wood bundles, ice, propane refills, or a bucket of fried chicken you'll find it here. The store looks to be well maintained and was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I don't know if I'd do my weekly shopping here if I lived in the area but it's a great option to pick up a few things you may run short of. I'd definitely return here while camping in one of the many campgrounds in the immediate area...

I was a little confused when I saw the giant Publix signs on both sides of the road, since I was already in the right turn lane I took a right off 16A and realized the two locations are directly across the street from each other. This area continues to develop at unprecedented levels and the employees refer to this new location as a "relief store" which takes some of the burden off the original store across the street. It's ultra modern design is likely a look into the future but I will say the hometown feeling is alive and well, the associates are friendly and engaging and the store is exceptionally clean and organized - it's difficult in today's world to validate competitive pricing since this is an essential business and everything is expensive with today's inflation I probably should pay more attention to prices but convenience, quality and availability of an expansive inventory comes before pricing most of the time...
