The chicken was beyond dry! There was barely any sauce. The broccoli was overcooked. I ended up throwing it out. On a positive note, the wonton soup was delicious and can't wait to get it again.

It was not crowded, only 2 other tables had customers and a group came in behind up. We were seated immediately. Our waiter, sorry I do not remember his name, was very good. They give you complimentary beignets when you eat in and they were delicious. Soft, fluffy and just enough powdered sugar. As an appetizer, we ordered the mambo soul wings. They were cooked just right and the mambo sauce was sweet but I liked it. My son had the Berry Smash Mocktail. I did not try it,but the presentation was nice and he said it was very good. He is a picky eater, so he ordered the combination fried rice with just chicken and beef. Large serving size, he took it home and finished it for dinner and lunch the next day. My husband had the combination Broccoli with steak and chicken. He really liked it. I had the orange chicken. Just okay. It was a little too mushy for me. They give you a cute to go bag that you can use again and a handwritten fortune in a cute velvet envelope. We will definitely keep coming here.

I LOVE their steak and cheese egg roll but damnnnn $5 is a lot. I still like their hot and sour soup. The general tso's is my partner's go-to, but it's a solid 3, at best. Occasionally, we will order it and it will be like a 4.5 because they've got somebody in the kitchen who really cares, but for the most part it's just fine. I get the shrimp with lobster sauce a lot because it's one of my favorites and I like the way the flavor mixes with the rice. Their fried rice, as a whole, is not that good. They have a few tables set up inside, I rarely see people eating there, but it's a nice place to wait. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for my order to be ready, which I greatly appreciate. There is parking right in front and on the side. Evenings and weekends, the front parking can be a little crazy because of the neighboring businesses, but it's still not a huge issue. Honestly, what I appreciate most about this location is the service and the drink offerings. This is definitely the best service I've had at a carryout in this area.

My wife and I now dine in or do takeout twice a month because we love it so much! Food: All the flavors stand out and you can tell it was freshly made. I have never had a bad experience with their food over the past year and a half they've been open. Service: All the staff is very friendly and even offer suggestions on what to eat and accommodations on exchanging ingredients for the food. Somehow they juggle phone calls, serving customers, and handling takeout all at once, without compromising on the quality of service. Value: The main dishes typically start around $15 but they're a heavy portion and are best served family style. The Chef Specials start around $17 and again, a generous portion size. The quality of the food and the amount is a steal for these prices. Ambiance: The aesthetics aren't fancy, more of a local shop with the minimum furniture. But the seating arrangement and atmosphere definitely make you feel like you're about to get a dang good meal. When dining it, you can constantly see people coming in and out grabbing takeout orders. An absolute good sign. Recommendations: Don't sleep on anything, try everything at least once's. You'll be very pleased with whatever you order.

The rice looked like it was going to be good. It was the same color as the type of rice I typically enjoy, which is more brown than yellow. I'm really not sure why the places out here make yellow rice. But it was brown, however, it tasted like water so gross. The general TSO's chicken was a little bland, and even though I asked for it to be extra spicy, it didn't have much spice. It's a very casual vibe inside. Very no-frills. There was a random man sitting in the front by the door and I couldn't tell if he was supposed to be some type of security or something else. Either way, another meh carry out.
