Beware ordering from this restaurant! I ordered a plate with honey walnut shrimp, broccoli/beef,and greens/noodles. They gave me 4 shrimp and the rest of the plate was literally all vegetables. Unfortunately I ordered through Ubereats so I didn't find out until after the delivery driver left it at my door. Unfortunately, this restaurant gets to choose what you are eating, despite what you order. When you call to tell them that you just cannot eat the Super spicy Orange chicken, they want you to go back to the restaurant so they can fix their mistake. Since that was not a viable option, they are willing to do a partial replacement. I received a sufficient portion of the noodles, but the entree compartments were between half to 3/4 filled, at best. Hands down one of the worst places I've been to for multiple reasons. Stood for a super long time waiting to order before anyone even acknowledged me even though there were at least 4 employees standing behind the counter doing nothing while another worked the drive through. Food was terrible and clearly old since it was hard to eat. There was also a sanitizer bucket and dirty rags on top of the counter blocking the drink station and lunch boxes and reusable cups lining the seating area. It was so strange I though I had gone in when they were about to close. Turns out they didn't close till almost 2 hours later. Worst Customer service. Every time I go to this location they are so rude and always make me wait 10min for food but then end up forgetting to bring it out to me. This is the closest Panda to my house, but I eat at many different locations while working around dfw. Compared to them this place is just not doing it right. Ill keep this short and sweet - Panda corporate needs to come in and clean house at this store. Rude employees, very inconsistent portioning, food quality/ freshness is lacking, and cleanliness of the store is deplorable. Ive been eating here at least twice a month since they opened, simply out of convenience because it's 5 min from my house. I actually thought uber eats delivering would be a good thing because I could bypass the dirty tables, messy drink station, wet floors and RUDE employees who act like theres a chain around their ankle no one can see behind the counter. However it seems like every single uber order I received was about 20% less meat items than normal. The last bowl I ordered had 8. Yes 8. SMALL pieces of orange chicken and was 7/8 steamed rice. At least when Im being treated like Ive interrupted employee social hour to order, Im standing there face to face and dont let them short me on meat items or soy sauce. I am a business owner myself and usually respect and dont take advantage of other businesses as far as profit margins and marketing gimmicks that work for them no matter how corny. But I have ZERO shame coming in here and getting 4 samples of each protein item like I have never tried them before, only to order my usual standby. I can here on lunch break and the food was not fresh. I wanted orange chicken, however what they had in the bowl was small pieces and it had been there for a little while. I asked the lady how long would it be before they make some orange chicken. She said "its right here" as she pointed to the small old amount. Was not at restaurant, take out is key here. I'm my honest opinion the shrimp and Kobe beef platter is the best option. Well I will admit I doubled my portion. I'm a big guy and big guys love to eat. Along with the shrimp and beef ordered vegetables, very very impressed on how fresh the broccoli was. Also ordered some spring rolls as well. I found them to be very crisp on outside and full of flavor inside. I was rather surprised at how efficient, clean, and fresh this establishment was. From our patient server to the food and even the restrooms evrything was awesome. Generous portions from food that is constantly replaced with freshly cooked food. I loved the panda express tea. read more

Disgusting waiting for our food for a to-go order manager standing behind girl loading the take out box. Female employee drops food on the countertop, picks it up off the counter and puts it in the takeout tray... Me, my wife, and another couple watching make a fuss and the employee laughs. She thinks it's funny and the Manager......says "It's clean". Serious health code violation!!! My hubby and I stopped to eat here. I asked to put food in to-go containers in case we didn't finish. I wanted double Shrimp & Walnut for both, what they had displayed was old and it wasn't enough for our entrees. So I asked for fresh food and was told about 2 minutes...after food had been placed in the window the the young lady picked up my container to fill and dropped a shrimp on the counter top and placed in my to-go container. .My hubby, myself and another couple all yield at same time "Hey that's nasty"...the young young girl proceeded to take that 1 piece of shrimp out and toss it is asked for a new order to be made ..I didn't want that it's now contaminated...while all this is going on the manager is standing right behind her and says "the counter is clean". ACTUALLY IT'S NOT....it has cleaner sprays and other things on it that I'm sure your not to put in your mouth, and that's a health hazard...the girl thought this was all funny she's smirking and rolling her eyes.....
