We absolutely loved the customer service at Panda Express, especially because of the amazing experience we had with the cook, Theo. My brother and I walked in right before they were about to close, completely STARVING, and instead of turning us away or rushing us, Theo went out of his way to cook fresh food just for us. That kind of kindness and effort is rare, and it honestly felt like he truly cared. The food was delicious, but what stood out the most was how he treated us with patience, generosity, and a great attitude even at the end of a long day. I went through the drive through tonight and was greeted kindly by Odette. (Not sure if I spelled it right.) The Honey sesame chicken wasn't available and she helped me figure out what I wanted. She was super sweet and funny. Super amazing staff in general. There was also another girl who I had a few words with. She was very respectful and kind but sadly I did not get her name. Went for Sunday Lunch after church , I ordered the 2 entree with steamed rice and wontons , drink the. Portions are small on the entrees, I would eat there quit often the portions were more. The fried rice was greasy and didn't have much flavor, the crab rangoon didn't taste like it had any crab in it at all, and there was plenty of broccoli but very little beef in the beef and broccoli. I've been here 4 m-5 times and EVERYTIME they give these little small scoops of a portion in my 2 entree plates. They are really stingy with their food. My assumption is because it's family owned. I've been to a lot of Panda expresses from California to here, portions were never a issue. I'm a big fan of Panda Express over the years... This one being new probably has some adjustments to hopefully be made. The chow mein noodles are undercooked and bland. Absolutely worthless, I've tried to order from this place 4 times in a week. The operative word is TRIED. Even the cars in front of me attempting to purchase food here couldn't buy what they wanted. The "menu" is just a wish list, don't bother, let them tell you what they could be bothered to cook. Always out of half of the entrees. They stop cooking at 6pm, if they're out they refuse to cook more. Ask for the district office phone number and they will not provide it. Put in a complaint and you'll get the same canned form letter response no matter what the problem is on the official website. Don't waste your time, Great China and Oriental Express are close by and they'll actually sell you what you want! I honestly think this is a Breaking Bad situation and I just don't know the code words to get drugs, cause they obviously aren't cooking FOOD. I am not crazy about any of their varying rice options....I would give their entrees a 5 star and their chow mein a 4 star and rice options 3 star. The reason I gave a 5 star rating here is because I really love all of their entrees I listed above along with their grilled terriyaki chicken and I love the service I get through drive through. All I ordered was a chicken egg roll, which was tasteless, and the filling had the texture of something pre-chewed, an order of cheese rangoon which was very salty cream cheese with a slight hint of chive.
