This was the 3rd time I've had this happen. So, clearly there has to be something wrong with their timer or their kitchen staff. I called them and asked for the manager. I was polite and told them what had happened. I told them I was going to process a refund through DoorDash for the raw burger and place a new order. I specifically asked them to double-check my order to make sure it was done before letting DoorDash pick it up. In fact, I specifically asked them to cut my burger patty in half to make sure it was well-done. So, 45 minutes later my replacement burger arrived...still raw in the middle! I called them back and reintroduced myself. I told her that the burger was still raw in the middle. She said, "There's no way. I saw him cut the patty in half to check it." I told her that my patty had not been cut in half and that it was raw. I offered to send her a picture but she said there was no way to do that. So, I asked what the problem could be and how to fix it. Because it was now the 4th time I've had this happen. Suddenly, the manager blew up. She said, "I don't have to listen to this" and slammed the phone down. She THOUGHT she hung up on me...but she missed. So, I spent the next four minutes listening to this "manager" bragging to her coworkers about how she hung up on me...and calling me every name in the book. The other coworkers were just as complicit in not caring about anything. I'll call back tomorrow and get the phone number for the franchise owner. That staff needs to be fired. After looking at review, it's apparently been going on for a long time. Avoid this location at all costs.
