It was full of seafood flavoured, while the dumplings and spring rolls were more standard. If you want to try something special, I would recommend ordering the crab cake on its own instead. Next, we had the Firecracker Grouper, a tempura-fried grouper served with a spicy sweet and sour sauce. The fish itself was fresh and nicely fried, but the sauce did not quite work for me. It lacked sweetness and did not enhance the flavor of the fish. Compared to the crab cake, this dish did not have a wow factor. The Chinese Barbecue Duck was a highlight. The duck breast was served on top of a scallion tempura pancake, which made the dish feel creative and innovative. Both the duck and the pancake tasted great.
