There was no one in line in the drive-thru and I waited 10 minutes before Sarah was available to take my order. . No apology or acknowledgement was made for the wait. The car behind me was very irritable. I called and spoke with the "person in charge" and she was not concerned, in fact it's as though she was laughing as she covered up phone. Every drive thru in LJ is much more courteous than they were. So sad for the owners of this business if they are unaware of their employees lack of courtesy. read more

I am typing this out previous times I have been there in Florida and here. I enjoy the food. I don't like the idea the food sits in the warm water. Food gets hard after a while. My mom this time was hoping to get a soup(egg drop or wonton). They did not have it. I would like to have some too. The girl that spoke to us was the only good thing. read more

When I first came here I had awful customer service. My first visit I tried to go through the drive thru. A car was blocking the drive through. It was weird n I thought maybe someone's car died so I drove over the curb and when I pulled up to the drive through window the lady told me the drive through was closed. I asked her why she couldn't take my order at the window. She said it was closed bc they were short handed. Worst excuse ever! Awful customer service. Ive gone to chic-fil-a and even Mcdonalds and they have people standing outside taking orders. I came inside to find other upset customers for the same reason. Their way of letting customers know their drive through was closed was to block it with a car. PandA express is my favorite restaurant and this one had awful customer service. And the food was poor quality. I will say that i went back after this experience a month or so later and it was fully staffed with better customer service so i give it two stars for that but the food still sucked. read more

Typical Panda Express food, about as mediocre as any. I'm giving a one star because I was running by for something quick for lunch and they were not open on time. I left the drive thru because after a "just a moment" 5 minutes later I was still waiting. If you have a sign out that you open at 11am, then open at 11! I've been here a few times. It's quite expensive for the amount of food they give you. Also, I've asked for teriyaki sauce 5 times for my rice and been given soy sauce 3/5 times (and I'm allergic to straight up soy sauce). It's not a huge deal but I would've liked the food how I wanted to eat it. That being said, the food is very delicious and I'm willing to pay every now and then for the quality. For anyone who has been to a Panda Express outside of the small city that is Lake Jackson, stay away from this location. The food quality controls are just not there and I am not surprised because I know some places feel that because they are further away from a central office city, they can do whatever. Straight up, they don't know how to make the food right in this location. My chow mein had green onion in it, no cabbage or celery that really makes chow mein and was dry and crunchy. My green beans for my honey sesame chicken were burnt and even my fried rice was mushy with big chunks o f plain white rice in it. NEVER go to this location if you've been to other Panda Expresses....I don't think I'd even return if I've never been to one it was that bad. read more
