    my order today.
    Jazmin A.

service was good and fast, but a little too fast that they got my order wrong, it only annoys me because i was on the forth plate and she made me stop so she can do them as she goes but i only wanted chow mein i don't like the fried rice at all and was looking forward my chow mein to see they only gave me a little amount i live about 40 min away so i couldn't go back, im pregnant so it really bothered me that my food is not what i expected, dont get me wrong girl was super nice and gave us a free drink but i just wanted what i paid for, cuz its not cheap my order came out to being about $55.

I used this location on Thursday, 5/23/2025 for a mobile order for myself to pick up. I have some kudos for this team that night. Its easy to leave detailed negative reviews but this team, and specifically one team member need a shout out! It did take a little longer than anticipated for my order, but when I got my food, it was both on point, as ordered, no issue and hot. They were busy during a peak evening time with several large mobile orders and this team honestly, was kicking ass while I watched and waited. There were about seven of them in total including a manager who as soon as orders dropped in, was communicating with the line cooks as to what was coming down. This team looked like they were organized, efficient, well communicated and on point. The team's highlight and rockstar, Bella! Bella was the most forward facing team member, and she had a knack for remembering names, who was where and keeping everyone waiting, informed and ready to roll the second an order was ready. She did it with a smile, her attitude was unwavering in the face of the well organized chaos that comes with a rush hour in food service environment. She even included a small drink for free just for the wait. An unneeded nice touch but an appreciated gesture to offer. Bella's attention to detail and customer service talent was the highlight of what would normally be a rather mundane experience of running and running out. Great job Bella and solid teamwork to her co-workers and leadership!

I ate here a couple of weeks ago because it was convenient and my friend ordered our food through the app. I went to pickup the food at the time it would be ready. I ordered a 2 item combo with all chow mein, terriyaki chicken & string bean chicken. The chow mein was stale and old and the string bean chicken was overcooked, the string beans were all dried out. It was horrible. I would never order food here through the app because it's not fresh.

Wife picked up a two item beef and broccoli and orange chicken but the beef and broccoli only had broccoli and 3 pieces of beef that is ridiculous.

Shorted on my order Missing Kong pow chicken

Just went here and walked out customer service is terrible don't wast your money or time here. Food was old and the employees refused to make it fresh. I can see why the got a low rating from the health department.

The restaurant itself is super spacious, and since we came at kind of an odd time after the lunch rush, it was really calm and relaxing inside. We ordered the Salt and Pepper Calamari, and it was really good. The calamari was crispy, lightly seasoned, and still tender inside, which made it super satisfying to eat. I do wish it came with a dipping sauce, but we already had sweet and sour sauce on the table and ended up using that instead, which actually paired really well with it. We also got the Chicken Pad Thai, which honestly impressed me a lot. The portion size was huge for the price, I think it was around $12-13, which felt really worth it for how much food we got. The noodles were flavorful, well cooked, and had a good balance of savory and slightly sweet flavors without feeling too heavy. The people working there were really welcoming and kind, and it felt like a family-run restaurant, which made the experience feel even more comforting and homey.

Don't expect refills or conversations about the day or the meaning of life. Bathroom: clean. Toilet and a urinal. Food: Before my main course arrived, I was served a small cup of egg drop soup and some crispy noodles with some type of sweet dipping sauce. Considering these were complimentary, I'm not going to complain. Soup was my okay. my mapo tofu came with a side of white rice. Upgrading to brown or fried rice will cost you an additional $1. This is the most bizarre mapo tofu I've ever had. Rather than the traditional ground pork and wood ear mushrooms, this came with long strips of fried pork and no mushrooms. I'm also used to thicker sauce, but this one was very watery. A tad spicy, but not over bearing. Maybe a recipe from a different Provence of china? Not what I was looking for. $15.00 later and a fortune cookie...and I was done. Not sure if I'd come here for the mapo tofu again. Others in the restaurant offered the 2-3 item combos. Typical orange chicken or Kung Pao chicken w rice or chow mein. Not my thing.

First off this place gives you so much food that the can barely close the containers. We had a really cool guy take our order and he said the fries were really good. I was impressed ‍ Not all locations are the same They all cook differently and not every spot has the spicy chicken fries -- so this one is special The orange chicken flavor + spice + crunchy fries = elite combo Fries were cooked perfectly -- not soggy, not overcooked Pro tip: eat it there so the fries stay crispy Great portions for sharing ‍ But I'm an orange chicken & fries girlie so I'm coming back for my own again Busy the whole time I was there and for a reason Great service, great food, and the staff were so nice + efficient Worth the drive

It was not too loud in there and the place was relatively empty so that was nice. Biggest disappointment was service, because our table ordered chow mein and the waiter brought us chow fun (flat noodles with gravy). When we told him that we ordered chow mein, he told us that what we ordered was chow fun, so I showed him what we ordered on the menu and he said "you wanted lo mein". While I get that, he spent a minute trying to figure out where the item was and couldn't find it. I reviewed pics on here and it seems like other people got the thick yellow noodles for chow mein. Anyway, they replaced it for us but I overheard the waiter tell his manager that we ordered chow fun by accident. The manager then told us something about "our mistake" upon paying, placing blame on us . The manager was nice about it, but we repeatedly told the waiter chow mein and he kept correcting us to chow fun. Also, there is a section of the menu labeled chow mein and a separate page labeled chow fun. I think I know what we ordered. Disappointing.

The dining room also had a strong cleaning product odor that was hard to ignore. As for the meal itself, my spicy cashew nut chicken was disappointing on every level. The cashews were uncooked and simply tossed on top at the end, and the dish was unexpectedly sweet more like dessert than anything spicy or savory.
