I usually order on the app, but sometimes there's no line so get to order in person at the drive thru. There was one time the drive thru was so backed up, I ordered via the app and went inside to pick it up. When I do that, I always pick out the last car to track and usually, I have my food before that car is done. The people working here are very nice and good at what they do. By the time I pulled in and was ready to order, I ended up sitting idle for about 3 minutes while the two 12 year olds with iPads giggled and played around instead of taking peoples orders. I stopped at this CFA on 9/10/25 at 4:33pm after work for a little snack a medium fry THAT's IT! But what I got was an employee with a crappy attitude, a hair in my fries, and a survey that I took in the parking lot of the CFA that wasn't honored even though I have this screenshot that indicates I took the survey within the 2 days. That has never happened to me before. The whole set up of this particular CFA is crappy and after the girl Kristen J took my order with her lack luster vibes I was ready to pay like you do at other CFA but she told me to go around the corner to pay and there stood a woman leaning against the wall like it was a back alley ready to take my payment. We needed someone to serve, and Francisco and Esmeralda did an exceptional job. They served chicken strips, diner rolls, wraps, mac and cheese, chocolate chip cookies, and salad. Their customer service was fantastic. When we tried to pay them for their services, they kindly refused, saying we should give the payment to the Bride and Groom. It's super juicy and the gravy flavor is so strong that I can't even eat the whole thing! Original Filet is good, Spicy Filet is even better. Spicy Deluxe Sandwich is also super delicious, I haven't had a better chicken burger than this one so far!
