The meat was also overcooked, with a lot of burnt pieces throughout, making the sandwich very dry. When I called to let the manager know, he insisted nothing was wrong with the peppers and made me feel like I was mistaken. He said they could remake the sandwich only if I brought it back with the receipt, but with Thanksgiving tomorrow, I wasn't able to return. I wasn't looking for anything unreasonable -- just to be heard -- but the interaction left me feeling dismissed. I wanted to give this place a fair chance, but after this experience, I won't be coming back again.
