The reason for the one star is because for it being my first time here, I witnessed the Asian lady at the register yell at her employee very rudely and unprofessionally. To the point where my order ended up being wrong. I ordered a family meal with a few sides and a drink spending $73 . They had got one of my side orders wrong which I called and informed them of it being wrong and when I came back to correct my order the Asian lady so rudely judged me looked up and down and took the wrong food back. I had brought the wrong order to show That we were not lying and it was a mistake that would've never happened if the communication and teamwork and respect at this restaurant was better. I had ordered a side of spicy wings and instead I got a side of spicy fish which is understandable to get confused but still shouldve not have treated me that way. The Asian lady had taken the food back looked at me with such a disgusting look and opened the food to check it. They also had forgotten to give another customer some of the food they ordered as well ! This will be the last time I come here regardless of the taste of food. They have a lot of customers which means food taste great. They just need to work on that employee and if she happens to be the owner then she needs to change or else she will lose a great amount of customers like me. read more

Stopped by on a trip back from Riverside. Hoping it was fresh and tasty but it tasted like it had been sitting there a while. And was barely warm, not hot. Hallway to bathroom was em slippery and greasy, mop bucket in hallway. Bathroom was horrendous.... The best tasting and freshest was the jalapeño chicken. Of course they brought out a fresh tray of chow mein once we started eating but still, barely warm food was no bueno.. making cashier kinda yells at you. lol. But the helper was sweet and I saw her give someone more when they complained about a small portion. All trash cans were overfilling. Soda machine was grimy too. I won't be back. This is my go-to Chinese take out. It's basically run of the mill type of food. Portions are more than their competitors. Jalapeno chicken is "thee" most popular dish. How do I know that? 70% of the times I'm their, they are of of it and in the process of making a new batch. I normally have it as a choice for one of my items. It's not overly spicy. My girlfriend who can't eat spice can tolerate it. Over the years, their prices have steadily increased. 10 years ago a 2 item combo was $6.95. it's now about ~$10. Still worth it. Flavor has been consistent. There is a Chinese lady who has been the cashier since the beginning. She is very efficient. She knows all the prices with tax by heart. And she is not cheap when scooping your food. If there are particular items you like from Panda Express, such as, premium meat or honey glazed shrimp, etc. don't expect this items to be here. Other than that, chow mein noodles and fried rice are soft and not dry. Nothing is over greasy. I enjoy eating at this place at lease 3 times a year. I've gone here more than a couple of times or so, but what really stands out is the spicy chicken wings!! Other entress are good... your basic Chinese food point-point joint. Jalapeno chicken is good, it's got good flavor and that kick from the jalapenos!! I want to highlight their chicken wings. I am a big fan of Chinese chicken wings. Been allover part of San Bernardino looking for a decent "to go" place and must say i think we found it! And I don't have to drive to Corona-Norco anymore:) Course having moved to the area has its perks. It's located on the border of Perris/Menifee. I'm really surprised at how big Perris really is, the area surrounding it is building/booming houses - think it's called Green Valley (I thought "Green Acres" for you 50+ year folk if u remember that?). Well this is nice for those folks & all of us that don't live to far to get your weekly Chinese food grub on. And this one has 2 choices of seafood in the line up of already cooked food freshly cooked under the lamps ready to go on top of favorite chicken, pork & beef dishes. Very frustrated with the Asian lady behind the counter. Our kitchen is being repaired due to a sink water link. I asked the lady behind the counter for a detailed receipt. She said she could not provide me with one just the bank receipt. I took a pic of her screen that showed the itemized order. When my order was complete she asked if we were eating here. I said yes and asked for a bowl to eat my soup as it was in a tall container. They didn't sell a small size. She said she could sell me a bowl for 50 cents to which I replied, "You're going to sell me a bowl to eat my soup?" She gave me a straight and determined look while replying, "Yes." Chinese food cravings satisfied! I'm always on the lookout for hole-in-the-wall businesses and decided on Chinese food last minute which was how I ended up here. Once inside, it was clear that they were doing their best to keep COVID precautions by separating the food line with the constant customers. Of course, the staff was in full gear trying to prevent from spreading diseases as well. As for the food, they had a great selection to choose from. I went ahead with what looked the best and settled for orange chicken and coconut shrimp. For the price, they sure pack enough to fulfill your tummy for a couple of days. Orange Chicken - great flavor, almost similar to their known competitor, but some bites did have a tough chewy texture which reminded me of the frozen orange chicken from Trader Joes. Coconut Shrimp - average-sized shrimp full of coconut flavor, but just a tad too much batter for my liking. It actually left a powdery aftertaste. Almost resembled Honey Walnut Shrimp. What a hidden gem! Holy moly you get a ton of food for less than 40 bucks. The kids were a static to enjoy the plunder of orange chicken. They pile on the noodles so heavy it's amazing. It's always not so busy inside because there is not a lot of tables to sit and eat but there's always people coming in and out for food since the quality and service is great! Overall, a fantastic spot for some good takeout! The inside is very large, much larger than every other Chinese takeout place I've been too. I wasn't super impressed with the staff, the lady who helped me didn't really make an attempt to talk a whole lot. Seemed a little annoyed that I answered "yes" to her question of "rice? Chow mein?" But overall nothing negative as far as service, very neutral. I ordered my usual, what I get from any Chinese place. Half and half 2 item with broccoli beef and mushroom chicken. Occasionally if I want to throw a little razzle dazzle in there I'll get a couple egg/spring rolls. Today was one of those days. My mushroom chicken had a great amount of flavor, even though it was the last in the tray. Perfect amount of seasoning and very tender mushrooms, my favorite! The beef in the broccoli beef was pretty tender. The meat didn't taste bad at all, and again had a wonderful flavor. The broccoli had some bite to it, which some people might not like but I love. My only complaint with both would be there there wasn't enough carrots. Those things make the dish! The noodles in the chow mein were pretty average. The lady who served me did something I'm not very fond of, she picked up a big tong-full of noodles and shook it. That dumped all the delicious cabbage, carrots and bean sprouts right down on to the other noodles that I won't be eating. The rice was cooked perfectly and had a great amount of peas and carrots, could've used some more flavor though, just a little bit more garlic and maybe some salt (fixed with a couple drops of soy sauce, though!). My spring rolls were also average. My sweet and sour sauce cup was only half full, though. Overall, I will be back! I think when I am out in Perris I will look for this place again and try some more!
