Screw Comcast....now we're back to paying something like $45 a month and our internet speed and reliability are vastly improved. Downloading Brazilian fart porn has never been so easy!! We hardly ever have issues with our fast internet and are heavy users of Netflix, HBO GO, Showtime Anytime, etc. I've had services through Comcast, Verizon DSL, and Time Warner in the past and every single one of those providers lost contracts with my family because of how badly the companies were ran. This small, local internet service provider is amazing and is one of my favorite things about living in HMB actually. I mean, if this town isn't going to give young people a one screen movie theater (WHY NOT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!?) or adequate places to shop at least we have fast and cheap internet, right? Yes, its the same guys I dealt with(pragnesh, Ashish, Mitesh, etc- I doubled checked! So these guys promised to make me an app in 45 days(in 2016) and a year and 5 months later it wasn't even close to done. In the beginning, they wouldn't respond to my requests to make corrections on the app when they made a mistake(they made so many mistakes it was unbelievable.)I or my business partner would send an email and they wouldn't respond for days and sometimes not at all without any explanation. They would send me updates fixing 1 problem and create 5 more on basecamp. Super unorganized communication wise too. Before I signed a contract with these guys, they told me they had already made an app very similar to the one I wanted and it would be easy for them to make. This was a lie, I checked later with they company who said no they did NOT make their app). I'm sure they say this so you think they are experienced when signing on, but after 4 months in and only about 50% done, I realized they had no idea what they were doing. After many months, paying them 3 times (because you pay them in increments) and many calls about why my app was still not done, they still really had no reason that made sense to me nor my business partner. They just kept stalling and saying they were working on it. I tried to speak to the owner many times, with very little success. And once after a year we actually spoke to the CEO who promised it would be complete the following week- that was 6 months ago. Basically in the end they just stiffed me out of my money after I asked them for a full refund. I'm not wasting any more time with these dishonest people. Yes, they promised a lot, had great pricing and seemed super nice and accommodating in the beginning- but really should not be working with Americans as they don't communicate well and just say yes to placate you, although they are not following through at all. I'm now out 9k thousand dollars because of #prismetric. I asked for a full refund due to them NOT following their promised contract(and of course they have refused because they claim the app is done and its not even close(maybe 80% now) to working the way it should. Please do yourself a favor, use someone else that is reputable in the United States so that you don't get ripped off like I did. If anyone needs to see all the emails and lies that (I have from these guys please feel free to reach out- I have it all as proof.)
