Scheduling an appointment was simple, they were always right on time, the bid was fair, and their work was beautiful and helped sell my condo after only 1 open house. I worked mostly with Kevin and he was so easy to work with. He always listened and provided his professional opinion. He was absolutely right with all of the things he suggested. I had to change a few things between getting the bid and the staging and each time I contacted him or added something it was not a problem and the price was more than fair. I also had a specific request for the patio and they were the only staging company willing to go out of their way for this request and it made a big difference. There are many home sale staging companies in LA, but I was drawn to the portfolio of PandaPawer. Kevin and Somair were so professional, gracious and accommodating (schedule changes)! Their quote to stage a 3 bedroom house, including the backyard, was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes I received. I loved their "vision" for staging the Spanish style home, and they also provided a great recommendation for a photographer. As it happened, the house received offers before we even listed it, so I didn't end up using their staging services. I was secretly disappointed because I really wanted to see what the home looked like after their magic! Based on my interaction with them, I'd be more than happy to recommend them to those needing staging for a home sale.
