Since selling to corporate Pandora this store is so understaffed that it takes forever to get help. Many of the employees who were there for years seem to have abandoned ship with the corporate takeover. I would have too as they cut hours, took away commission and raised their benefits costs without raising salaries! They sell out quickly of whatever they have on sale and is popular. The selection doesn't seem as good as it once was. Back in the day Pandora was a good choice for stater jewelry. It was pretty and well priced but now there are very few charms for less than eighty dollars. It's a shame as I always enjoyed finding the perfect charms for my bracelets but it's nit worth the hassle of a trip to the mall now! read more

Service is pitiful. Waited in line outside the store just like everyone els and then once I got in the store I was waiting at the register for several minutes as the lady was doing other stuff and never asked if I needed anything. Finally told her I was there to pick it up and she said she thought someone else was helping me. Really?!!! Sorry service around the holidays all I can say. read more

My sister and I visited Pandora in the Augusta Mall today to take advantage of the brand-wide spend $100, get a free bracelet deal for our mother for Mother's Day. We chose to go here vs. the other jewelers who carry Pandora in hopes that they would have the best selection around. We were NOT disappointed. The showroom cases were beautiful. We were immediately greeted by a young sales lady named Alexandria. She was very, very sweet, attentive and knowledgeable about the product. She knew the prices of each charm we inquired about by heart. She educated us on the product and made helpful suggestions. She was very patient and not pushy in the LEAST (something that immediately turns me off). She offered to gift wrap the present - and did a smashing job. She even allowed us to pay the total in halves rather than my sister and I having to settle up later. One of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time. I will definitely go back, when it's time to make another purchase ! read more

They are com artist. They offer a warranty that is not honored. We blew 600 dollars . They would not honor it nor would they help. Do not blow your money here. Horrible sales people and service. She was rude and was cussing my wife under her breath. We called cooperate and they could do nothing. Trust me you would do better to spend the extra money to go to a reputable dealer. read more

After ordering a ring online (after going to multiple stores and calling all of them on delivery day for weeks, no one ever had my size) and discovering that it didnt fit well with my other ring, I looked online to check Pandoras return policy. According to their site, you cannot return online purchases in store. You can however exchange or get store credit. I drove all of the way to Augusta from Aiken to exchange the ring for something else that I could use. Possibly another ring. When I got there it was crowded. My first thought was maybe there is a sale. The person at the door directed me to a sales person. I told this person that I had a ring that I ordered online that I would like to exchange. She took my ring and receipt to the manager to ask if I could. The manager said no returns from online purchases. Ok. I want to exchange. I tried to explain this. The sales person started talking over me and said how she was only part time and didnt know anything. I tried to tell her I didnt have a problem with her. Neither of us getting anywhere because she wouldnt let me talk. I decided to drop it and ask what was going on in the store (Possible sale because of all of the people). While I was trying to ask her she just turned around and walked away. Apparently she got the manager because the manager came to my in about a minute. I didnt ask for the manager. The manager starts talking over me the same way the sales person did. She said Pandoras are individually owned and they dont accept things from online and it says it on their website. The website says they dont take returns but they do accept exchanges. She faught me on this. Eventually I gave up and walked out. I never got an answer about a sale. Now I think it may have just been last minute Mothers Day shopping. I pride myself in keeping my cool in these situations. I have worked in retail. I know what its like to get rude customers. I am not one of those people. I didnt do anything to deserve the treatment that I received. Somehow along the lines, I think there was some confusion about whether I wanted a refund or an exchange. If I had come in wanting a refund (like I think they thought) they should have offered an exchange. My future Pandora purchases will be online or in Columbia from now on read more
