They have a floral service as soon as you enter and if you can't find what you're looking for, they can get it for you. HOWEVER, to open the cabinet you need a key. They they did not have. So they open it with a screw driver or pointy metal object. Looking in the key hole, it was def damaged inside from this kind of thing . I actually wanted the the piece but when I wanted to investigate they refused to let me stick a soft plastic piece in to investigate what needed to be done to open it, the employee working was very rude and said the person that jammed the metal object in to open it was his mom, so I guess it's okay that she damages it. The price was ridiculously too high, especially considering the key also served as a knob and after calling several locksmiths, this is not something that they can help with. I am very disappointed by my experience, felt I offered more than the item was worth, and would recommend not to go to this overpriced unfriendly antique shop.
