A hidden gem, they carry so many hard to find specialty plants. I have tried to find many plants online for delivery and nobody seems ro have what I am looking for in stock or at all. But now multiple times I have tried Pandys and they have it all. I wish I had found them years ago I had no idea they were even there. Definitely will be coming back in the future. I LOVE Pandy's!! I bought a house in 2021 with no landscaping in the back. I was able to get a virtual design basically for free!! it was $50 but then I got a $50 credit. I had an issue with the delivery of some arbovirtae trees (sp?) and they made it right immediately. the negative reviews of the owner cannot be correct. I've spoken with him, he is very friendly and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff is super helpful as well. read more

First timer here and came home with some unique plants! My favorite is the Passion flower! I bought it for the unique flower and googled at home it is great for medicinal purposes such as anxiety and insomnia! Customer service is readily available, so much, they walk you to specific requests and use their Walker talkies for additional help when needed. Beautiful, full plants and flowers. My only complaint is they are a little pricy but I still spent $130. They have a large store room full of planting needs, decorations, and even a full bird room. I've shopped at Pandy's for many years and stopped a few times because of the attitude from checkout staff. Because of the proximity to my house I've tried to return to them, but it continues to be an issue. Sale prices do not match when checking out, and the excuse is always that the greenhouse staff has the wrong prices up. I try to support small businesses, but there are others who offer the same products without the attitude. I'll now drive further to get a better shopping experience. The team at Hook's greenhouse is friendly, helpful, and there's never an issue at checkout. read more

I have been here twice. First time I noticed they had nice plants and reasonable prices. The inside is a bit cluttered and dusty though. A little confusing bc they have birds and other things. The second time they had advertised they would be open with promotions. I showed up and it was gated but with lots of cars. I called and they actually answered and said they were closed and not ready to open. Despite handing out materials at the Ix center with specific dates. The prices for houseplants were very reasonable! A nice selection and customer service was great. I ended up buying to many things for the basket I grabbed and the greenhouse lady noticed and gave me a cart! I really appreciated it! Pandy's is the greenhouse you need in your life. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always quick to help. The selection of plants is amazing and the decor they have is unlike anywhere else. We've ordered bulk stone and topsoil and the delivery is always fast and on time. Bonus, the kids love going to feed the fish and see all the displays. They change everything up for the seasons and their Christmastime displays are gorgeous! read more

I have walked in to Pandy's several times within the past month. I am very disappointed with how much they have changed especially with the holiday season soon to arrive. I miss the times the Christmas trees were set up and all lit with lights where you could travel down a path and view every option. I miss the "Christmas Wonderland." There was a train by the birds, poinsettias in the garden area of every color imaginable, the line for santa by the trees, beverages for guests, the light option that covered the whole back of the store, and lit trees outside the back for customers to purchase. The decorations now look as if no thought or holiday spirit was put into it. Every decoration looks to have a commercialized look that could be done by any person off the street. They hurriedly decorated it because everybody else was doing it. The prices are extremely over priced and the organization is not seen in the displays. It's not set in the view of a child's eye, it looks as if it's from the eyes of an adult just to quickly make a sale. Next, I notice there is one man who seems to be the owner. He is always on his phone, never happy, disrespecting other employees. (especially in front of customers) He seems to have an attitude based on his own self and not living the way the business was founded on. His attitude seems to affect the other employees. I know that everyday a business doesn't have a rosy day but I yet have to see one rosy day in the times I've visited. How do you feel the negative attitude affects other employees? I can't even describe how many times this gentleman is on his phone while in Pandy's uniform. Some one like this should work at Verizon? Am I wrong? One time I walked in and he was asked a simple question by a customer and huffed and complained that he had to stop talking on his phone to assist them. For as many young employees that work there I am astonished that they can be without using there cell phone as much as he does. It seems as if management expects the employees to carry out tradition and respect but can't follow through themselves. Pandy's is the only nearby nursery making it easy to order plants (and PlantTone organic fertilizer) during this time of house arrest! I just ordered five summersweet plants from Pandy's web site for my British-style border shrubbery to go in our front yard. I like that they are native plants with few pest problems, tolerate clay soil, and attract butterflies and honeybees. Pandy's shows the mature sizes for each plant on their web site under "shop now" and then "trees and shrubs." I read detailed info on each plant by searching on a separate tab in Google. Pandy's will call when the plants are ready, and we can get them loaded into our car at the pickup site in front of the store. Sweet! read more

Recently purchased two fern hanging baskets for curbside pickup. They are beautiful . Very happy.

We love their Christmas season. The decor and events make this place a must visit during the Holidays. However we did purchase some plants. And we won't do that again. We purchased 3 lilac bushes to replace the large one we had that had run it's course. All three were not marked correctly. We planned on buying 1 purple, 1 pink and 1 white. Instead we got 2 white and 1 purple. Very few blooms and it just doesn't look nice. We are very familiar with Lilac bushes and how to take care of them. We also purchased some trumpet vines, we were told that it would take a few years to bloom. It's been more than 4 and they've yet to bloom. read more

I love this place. You can't get better customer service anywhere else! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I provided a sprig from a bush and they were able to identify and match it.
