Overall, I have had a positive experience here. My only complaints are that the house plants inside are almost always mislabeled. I bought a hoya carnosa last week that was labeled as a philodendron xanadu. That is a CRAZY mix up. It didn't bug me much, because I know my plants and knew off the bat what it actually was. But, for the inexperienced person, this could cause problems as they're researching care or trying to learn about a specific plant. The other issue I seem to encounter is that the managers specifically always seem REALLY annoyed anytime they have to deal with guests. The regular employees are always friendly and helpful, but anytime I've had to have an encounter with a manager, they give me an attitude and act like they'd rather be doing anything else other than speaking with me. However, none of the negatives I mentioned are enough to keep me from shopping here. The location and prices are convenient.

All the plants are well taken care of and there's a big diversity of offerings here - no matter your lifestyle, you can find a plant for you in this shop. And of course, there's also plant-themed merch here as well, like plant momma/daddy hats, stickers, keychains, etc. The prices are very reasonable as well. I picked up a lovely, pre-potted plant for my mom for less than $20 with a 20% discount I had! I am a plant murderer, but my sweet mother is not.
