Melissa & Mike are such a refreshing personal team in a business that usually not. Melissa works magic with the scheduling. All Covid19 Protocols are followed and they are professional in appearance. Their prices are fair and they go out of their way to make certain the windows sparkle. If you want reliability, don't go with this company. When no one showed up at the appointment time, I texted as well as left a voice mail. No response. One and a half hours later, we get a text saying one of their guys called in sick so could they reschedule for later in the week. There is no excuse for not contacting us as soon as they knew there would be a problem, especially since we were their first appointment of the day. Melissa called me back that day and was able to meet with me 30 minutes from our call. Recently had the outside of my second story condo windows cleaned by Pane in the Glass after a recommendation from my neighbor, who also uses their services. My dirty windows had a lot of spider webs and general dirt on them, since my place had been vacant for almost two years before I purchased it. I had been wondering how the heck I would get them clean myself, since all of my windows are fairly inaccessible from the inside and I do not have the tools to get up there from the outside! My neighbor was having her windows done that day as well, so I did not even have to be home for this (thanks, neighbor!). I returned home to sparkling clean windows and screens that were completely free of all the debris that had been there before. Well, I did not receive any recommendations or referrals from my neighbors so I did a little research myself. If anyone is interested in having their windows cleaned, I recommend Pane in the Glass. They cleaned the windows, screens and sills cleaned even my skylights! I was pleased with their professionalism and thorough work. They arrived a little early (ok by me) and got busy. The owners and 2 other gentlemen split up and conquered! I have 2 skylights that were a bit tricky and they did a good job on those. Due to the construction, they could not remove the screens or they would have. They even cleaned the windows in my side garage door! It looks so nice to look out the window and have the illusion there is no glass! read more

We've been in our home for over two years and never--*gulp*--had the windows cleaned. That changed last week when Melissa and Michael came to work their magic. I was impressed by their stellar reviews--and only mildly concerned when they had to reschedule last-minute--and am glad to augment their fan base. They worked meticulously and swiftly and were finished in under the estimated time they said it would take to clean all windows and screens. Melissa also pointed out that two of our seals on our dual-pane windows were defective. She gave me some tips to track down the manufacturer, and after some detective work, we now have an appointment to replace the two windows in August. This is the third or fourth time I've had PITG clean my windows and screens, and for the third or fourth time, my windows look spectacular!! My unit is on the second floor, and it would take me forever to move a ladder around the property to get to all the windows, not to mention exhaustive... I live by the beach, and the wind blows sand and dirt every day, so the screens get nasty after a few months. I got the bright idea (after owning my house for 10 years) to get my windows clean. This place had the best yelp reviews so I picked them. Prices were reasonable, they were on time, super friendly, and most importantly, the windows look amazing. In fact, before they left, I had to go check because from afar, it looked like they hadn't put back the window screens. As I got closer I realized that you could hardly see the screens because they were so clean. I am very impressed with their work. They had 3 people come out. One to clean the inside windows, one to clean the outside windows and one to clean the screens. We have about 20 windows (some are huge windows) and it took about 1 1/2 hours.
