I can't say enough positive things about SoCal Softwash Plus. I hired them to clean all exterior and interior window of my home (including screens and tracks) and they did a phenomenal job! With the cleaning technology they use there are no visible streaks - all you see is perfectly cleaned glass! Matt was very communicative, professional and friendly - working with him was great! I will only use SoCal Softwash Plus for all of my future window cleaning and pressure washing needs - they really are the best! Hire this company! read more

I am very pleased with the service provided by SoCal Softwash Plus. I needed 9 windows cleaned and contacted them via Yelp. Irma is fast to respond and provides the necessary details. The quote, for my case, was a flat fee and it really was that price. Some companies will say it's more expensive when they arrive, but Softwash Plus did research on the property online and quoted me reliably right away. A couple minutes before the scheduled time, Irma messaged me letting me know the team is running a few minutes late. 5-10min is nothing in LA traffic, I really appreciate how proactive and good the communication was. I was never left wondering. I would absolutely hire them again, next time I need my windows washed. read more

Scheduling an appointment with Irma was a breeze. After agreeing on the date of service and price estimate, I was glad to see Matthew and his crew here on time and ready to start. Matthew came in and listened to my requests. They did a great job removing all the dirt and hard water spots from all of the windows. The house is on the beach and the elements are hard on the windows. Matthew even helped me with suggestions to get our bricks cleaned around the pool area and front yard. He went beyond in customer service by leaving and bringing back a machine to see if it would scrub the bricks clean. Many thanks to all of your whole crew for your help and good work. Throughout the entire process, Mike was very professional and the level of expertise he exhibited was obvious. Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process. Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. Even if subcontractors made mistakes with anything, Mike would make sure it is fixed and perfect right away. Keep in mind, you can't rely on Mike for everything (as much as you might want to). You really do have to do your research (in terms of design, finishing materials, sourcing those materials, and getting them delivered on time) and know exactly what you want and how you want it, that way, Mike can plan and put into action what needs to be done. After this entire process, we are extremely happy we got this project completed with MDM. What really sets them apart is the quality of work, dependability, and the great people that work for MDM. Shoutout to Mario! They really respected our home and were very considerate of us during construction. Even after everything was finished, they guaranteed that they would come back and fix anything that needed fixing. Cannot recommend them enough if you want to improve or build your new home!

Shawn was easy to reach, responsive, and great to work with throughout the project. The crew showed up on time, kept things clean, and finished everything in under 5 weeks. We did new tile, vanity, lighting, and a walk-in shower, and the quality really shows. Hard to find a contractor this consistent and reliable. Pricing felt fair too, especially for the level of work. The workers arrived on time, and they were much quieter than I had expected. I wanted an old TV satellite removed from the side of the house, and they did not charge extra for that service.
