I tried to schedule an appointment with Micheal again and he texted me that they needed to raise their price for window washing. I totally understand that so many businesses struggled since Covid hit and I'm totally fine to pay more for good service. BUT wanting to charge me $550 for exactly the same work I paid $300 for before the pandemic seems a little too overpriced!! We had out home power washed and windows cleaned after fires that came very close to our home. Before the fire, we sprayed a fire gel to protect the home and the gel made such a mess particularly on the windows. Michael and Lauren did such an amazing job with the clean-up. They had to go over the windows four or five times using different removal techniques before they were clean. They were so patient, diligent and persevering and the end result is that the windows are perfectly clean. If I could give more stars, I would! They are literally the best. In the past, when we've had our windows cleaned, it is such a messy proposition but they were so neat and tidy. We will be having them back to clean our solar panels and every year when we need our windows washed. read more

Had a great experience with Pioneer Window Cleaning this week. Contacted Michael via Yelp, he responded quickly and we scheduled an appointment for the cleaning. They showed up on schedule (with masks on the entire time) and did a great job on our windows. We have a 2 story home with quite a few windows and 3 skylights (including one on the 2nd floor) and everything looks fantastic. Michael and Lauren have been cleaning our windows on a quarterly basis for ~2 years. They are great to work with, very trustworthy and incredibly diligent. They are perfectionists when it comes to the quality of their work, and they are incredibly diligent and quiet in the way that they work. They can handle a lot of windows and some custom windows. We can't recommend them highly enough (tbh I wish they could come monthly!). They are in high demand so you have to be patient with scheduling or organized and book ahead, but that is just a testament to their work! read more

Michael and Lauren arrived this morning right on schedule and they were both so efficient! They were very respectful of my belongings, helped me move items I couldn't move ahead of time and move them back when they were done. Michael even did his best to fix a screen-door lock! They did a beautiful job cleaning up after themselves. My windows and screens are just sparkling clean in less than two hours from when they arrived. I can't believe I hadn't thought to have my windows professionally cleaned before this. I had made such a mess the one time I attempted to clean my own screens. I never have to do that again, now that I have found such a great team; and although they have a fairly long lead time (they are so popular that I had to book about 5-6 weeks in advance), they are definitely worth the wait. Wow! That was easy! First time having my windows professionally cleaned and I'll never be a DIYer again! Fast, efficient, great price! My windows are so clean that my cats are confused! I always seem to ruin at least one screen when I try to take them out and clean them. They obviously knew what they were doing and all my screens are in prefect shape and cleaner than they've ever been. My tracks were in pretty bad shape, too and now they are white again! I could have never have done such a good job myself, not to mention how long it takes me, and of course the constant fear of death using the ladder to get to my second story windows. The two-person, family team did an amazing job cleaning the windows in our home! I first heard about Pioneer Window Cleaning from a recommendation on Next Door and reached out to them via Yelp messaging. After some quick back and forth, including text and pictures of the home, Michael provided a quote range, as well as couple of schedule openings. I think I got lucky in that the booking we settled on was within 5 days of when I first reached out. The day before my appointment, Michael reached out to reconfirm we were all set and he and Lauren showed up a little before they said they would (gotta love a company that is on time!). We did a quick walk around the house and the two began working their magic. They cleaned the screens, inside/outside of each window and even the tracks of each window. The job they did was fantastic and I can't recommend their services enough! At the end of the job, Michael pointed out there were a couple of windows that had seals that were compromised and provided me with an honest course of action that would help me to resolve the issue in the easiest and most cost-effective manner...that was HUGLEY appreciate and completely above and beyond. Pioneer did an excellent job cleaning our interior and exterior windows and pressure washing our patios/decks in about four hours (our place was very dirty!). For every window, they took out the screens and cleaned them, vacuumed the tracks and washed each window inside and out. For the pressure washing, they cleaned our entry way, back patio, and front deck. Everything is sparkling clean. Pioneer is very professional and friendly. My mother had Pioneer out to clean her windows pre Covid. She was so pleased with their work and themselves. Now we have called three times to arrange another window washing day. We have left our name and address, etc., letting them know we are repeat customers. They have not returned our calls. Completely ignored us. If they don't want to do our house again, couldn't they call us back and let us know the reason. We do have a lot of small window frames in a certain area. To completely ignore our calls is unprofessional and shows a lack of character. read more
