Our pilot cooper was great! Wasn't a bad ride, I do think that you should at least get a 15 min ride no matter which flight package you pick. We got a 12 min flight for $166 (my husband and I flew). The flight seems to be timed from the moment you leave the ground (bummer! It should start from the moment you get to the shoreline). the staff was polite and helpful. It seems to me that they spilled through the rider instructions a bit fast but it could be because the employees do the spill every day so it's monotonous and robotic. Would maybe do again if the flight was longer for the money but at least it was a pleasant experience. The weather happened to be perfect the day we went out. One last thing, whoever runs the Instagram for this company needs to do a better job of posting and follower engagement. They post like 1 photo a month! What? You might as well not even have a social media if there is no effort put into it. While you are spending hundreds on advertising on paper flyers and coupon books, social media is free. To not utilize a free platform to reach outside your Local bubble is just poor business practice in my book. Why just be good when you can be great? Hire a social media person stat! read more

First off these people want you hear to experience what we did today. From the front desk to the pilot everyone was super nice. My wife and I came here on our honeymoon and wanted to explore PCB. They do have about 5-6 different options depending on your budget, we however did the run to pass which is $150/person. We've never been in a helicopter and wanted to do this. They provide clear instructions before you get in on what to do. They personally walk you to the helicopter to help you get in. They provide headsets so you can communicate with Cooper, the pilot. The views are amazing, the feeling of being in that helicopter was incredible and so much fun! It is a 3 seat experience, one person can ride in the front while the other 2 are in the back but that's the most they can fit in the helicopter. Give them a try! Yes there's go carts mini golf, movies, shopping centers and what have you. But these folks will add to your trip and you won't regret it. Don't worry about the money vs time you get cause it won't matter once you commit you'll be so mesmerized by it all you'll be more focused on taking pics and seeing it all. Cooper the pilot was a hoot, he's a local young man with lots of experience flying and a very friendly guy. Give them a shot you will not regret it! We booked the sunset tour at 6:15, and arrived at the 30 minute early mark like instructed to do. Because we were there early, they took us early and allowed another family to go at our time. It was a little disappointing missing the sunset, but we were not too upset. We still had an enjoyable flight getting to see things. The staff was friendly, helpful, our pilot just did not talk too much or point stuff out like we have experienced in the past. We love flying in helicopters, so we will always come back. We opted for the $55 ride which lasted about 10-12 minutes but had us with our jaws dropped the whole time. The views of the water and coastline were spectacular. My boyfriend and I had pilot Alex. He was very friendly along with the rest of the staff! We went around 3 PM after their busy time and it was only a hour wait. It goes by quickly when you're so excited and watch other families get in and off. I had never rode in a helicopter before so this was honestly breathtaking. I loved the options they had for larger groups so it was more affordable. We chose the shell island ($125) per person but it was WELL worth it. We saw dolphins, a lot of shark, a mana ray, and two bald eagles. I will post one picture of our view. I can now check this off my bucket list and have a forever memory in PCB! We finally decided to book a flight while here in PCB. We did the shark tour and had an absolute blast from start to finish. The staff like we read on other reviews is exceptional. There is no pushing to go bigger. The ride itself was awesome. The pilot spent time both chatting with us and explaining or pointing things out on the flight. A perfect blend. On our flight we saw Dolphins, sting ray, fish and a shark and sea turtle. It is no doubt an expensive trip but well worth the memories and fun we had together. We had such a great time with Panhandle Helicopter Tours - so much fun, we flew with them twice! The first tour we did was the introductory ride which takes us over the emerald coast water from the pier. It was only about 5 minutes long, but we told them that we wanted to fly and see the sunset, and the staff timed it just right! It was spectacular. A couple days later, we decided to do the Shell Island tour which was about 25 minutes long. They advertise that it's 24 miles of flight but it was more close to 30. The views were amazing! While on the helicopter, we were able to see sting rays, cow nose rays, sharks, and different types of birds. When we flew over St. Andrews State Park, the pilot took us right over the Gator Lake where we were able to spot alligators sun bathing! It was pretty awesome. Follow them on Facebook! They post deals on there. We were able to get $50 off for two people for the second tour we did. Well worth it even at full price. We'd definitely do it again! read more
