I was so happy it was usable again and when I asked for an invoice, Tim insisted there was no charge! I'm so grateful for his generous kindness. He really cared and wanted to help. When asked, Sal lied and said there was extreme traffic on the highway to which I replied no there wasn't. I pulled over and waited for you and you missed my exit. He just shrugged his shoulders. They also have somebody new who can't back up a trailer to save his life. I wasted at least another 20 to 30 minutes watching him try to jockey a trailer. All those things would be fine if they didn't include them in my charge, but I got charged an extra hour for all this crud. Oh no, they did the job, but I can't say I was confident or happy at all during the process.
