Aunque la parte de la pastelería es de buen sabor y calidad, comida del restaurante es de muy mal sabor, la mayoría de los platillos tienen sabor a alimentos congelados; algunas carnes no están bien cocidas y los clientes tienen que calentar sus propios alimentos en uno de los dos hornos microondas disponibles. Lastimosamente mi experiencia en Árbol Real fue poco favorable y no recomendaría este lugar en Puerto Iguazú. En especial la atención al público deja mucho que desear.
