People were even bringing their own folding chairs. That's how completely ridiculous this is. Concerning the new REAL ID. Lots of people are trying to get their new REAL ID's. I've attached a photo given to me by the DMV of what is needed to get one. I informed them that my birth certificate was lost in Hurricane Katrina and all I have is the copy that I purchased a few years ago. They don't accept copies. They only accept the original, she said. I asked her what people like me who no longer have the original are supposed to do? She said I could use a passport instead. I don't have a passport and I can't get one because my license is expired and I can't get a new license because I don't have my original birth certificate. What is going on??? So I had to leave with my license still expired. I can't get a new inspection sticker because my license is expired. There's no point making an appointment because I don't have my original birth certificate and I can't get a passport because my license is expired. This entire thing is a huge joke. I met her with respect from before she got in my vehicle thanking her, to even after a she failed me by a point. She met me with disrespect the whole time, and she made many fast and rude gestures while I was driving. She confused me with many things she told me for example; she told me I scored 31, I asked out of what exactly because I knew I couldn't lose more than 30 points. She proceeded to get upset and tried to explain rudely which still confused me etc. when my mom came out because she needed some information she turned into a whole different person. I feel she has most likely not been reprimanded and she has and will keep this same behavior if she isn't. Her behavior heavily affected how I drove as well. I asked as a worry that she'd not continue being an instructor, thank you.

She said I don't know, I can't help you. She was very rude and unwilling to help at all. It seems that she could care less that I was a disabled veteran. I drove 30 minutes to this location and stated on my appointment form that I needed a DV tag. I sure hope this isn't how all veterans are treated. This is uncalled for.
