Vagher was competitive, not the low bid, but it was clear Mike knew his stuff. He sets expectations and commitments which he plans to meet. He let us know right away his schedule and how to get on his calendar. He and his team showed up on the day he committed and worked full days until the job was done. These guys take pride in their work. They called me when they needed our opinion on something and made suggestions based on experience and current trends. They included dust mitigation in the big which worked out nicely. They cleaned up after themselves and prepped trim for paint, you'll want to plan to touch up or repaint trim after the job. This project required us to move everything out of kitchen and living areas and Vagher's needed additional room in the garage too. They have all the right tools and it's obvious from the results they know how to use them. If you have a project where good craftsmanship matters most, these guys are a good option. This was more than a total gut job, with scope including: new supply plumbing, breakers, wiring, floors, shower, window, and ceilings. Needless to say, we needed a GC who could bring a breadth of experience. I'm not going to add the before pictures, but the old bathroom was in complete disrepair, poorly laid out, and badly dated--the results, we feel, are beautiful and functional. Sean and I selected the tiles and fixtures--Carlos was very flexible with building our vision for the space. CNTC was creative working around constraints such as proximity to the foundation, immobile ducting, and drain lines for the upstairs bathroom. He rolled with the punches when new issues were discovered to make sure the work got done right. The crew was polite, professional, detail-oriented, and trustworthy. 10/10, will use again.

The painting company had reinforced rotten wood and caulked the weep holes on the windows on the north side of the house, and painted over it all. We found a significant amount of water damage under the concrete Hardyboard siding down to the framing studs and insulation. We contacted AMPAC and Shawn and his team came out, provided an estimate and began repair work within a week of our estimate. During the repair, we noted further damage to the window sills in the house and had these added to the estimate, removed, mitigated and replaced (8 sills total). The team did such an amazing job, you cannot tell they have been replaced. They were so precise to cut the siding in the correct locations, removed and replaced the OSB, insulation, siding and added vapor barrier around the windows. Kyle was awesome and responded to our phone calls and or questions within 24 hours. Brian was amazing and they were both on site daily to monitor the work. I would highly RECOMMEND AMPAC as your go-to company if you need any restoration work done. Professional, Competent, Integrity, Fair and competitive pricing...
