Apparently I was lucky as I got ahold of Bob (Robert) first thing in the morning and he was able to come over to repair my fridge within an hour! He was very professional, had all the parts to repair the fridge ON THE SPOT! He took full ownership of the situation and even removed all the excess moisture in the freezer caused by the ordeal. Service Fee/Parts/Labor totaled $300. Worth it for convenience and peace of mind. Side note: I am sure some people would say $300 is a bit over the top for a fridge repair that took 20 mins but I see it as paying him $100 for the part he replaced and $200 for knowing which part needed replacing and doing it right.
