She immediately popped off with "I can't do that, you special ordered it". Now she was visibly defensive, had a horrible disposition. I pointed out we didn't want to pay for the drink as it wasn't the same as the first. No garnishes & no chaser, why would we pay MORE for it when we got less. She stated she didn't understand where we were coming from. Left and returned with a cup of garnishes & a chaser and said "there! Now you have everything." This is NOT customer service, this is NOT rectifying a situation. I have always been a fan of Partners but it's been a while since I visted regularly. My last couple of trips have been great! Faith and Izzy were the bartenders this night and they were phenomenal! Both were attentive to me and everyone else in the bar. They were also witty and fun to interact with, allowing me to loosen up and have some fun while receiving delicious beverages. We arrived at 8pm and initially only planned on having a couple of drinks - but before we knew it the time was 1:30am! If the rest of the staff are anything like these two then I believe anyone visiting would have a great time- and I'd implore those who haven't been here to check it out!
