45 minutes to get 2 pizzas (not bad but not great). They got to the house and were warmish and my garlic stuffed crust was actually the limited time stuffed crust with ricotta cheese in it......paid $60 and will not be going back. read more

Paid extra for sauces, didn't get them. The sauces I chose for my items, didn't get them. Called and complained since this is the third time they've done this and other mistakes and I was told they would bring them right over. Waited over an hour, called to find out where they were and they were closed earlier than their posted hours state. Ok , I wrote a pretty scathing and insulting review about 10 days ago. I received a bad pizza and was very disappointed. Since then, I was contacted by papa johns. We swapped a few emails and they were very concerned. Wow, this was kind of nice. Then they sent me a email that had codes to receive 2 large pizzas. Tax and delivery charge was even included. So I tried two different kinds of their pizzas. They were very good and I will be ordering more from papa johns. I love it when someone takes you serious and responds with sincerity. This company is straight up. Not to mention they told the NFL to......... Ha. I order more just because of that. read more

I was so irate tonight, I need to apologize to two of the workers that were in working tonight at Papa John's... however the driver of the Acura (some lame little excuse of a man that thinks he is a fast and furious driver) and the Woman that is the manager are sad excuses of human beings.. I was driving home from work in Parker tonight narrowly missing a head on only to nearly get side swiped by this dark colored Acura with a Papa John's lit magnetic sign. I had to swerve and hit the brakes so hard my brand new XL Dr Pepper went flying down to the floorboard.. Now my floorboard is a puddle of sticky soda and all over my brand new shoes. I followed him to the store, I was heated, yelling, and extremely mad (this is where i apologize to two of the women). I angrily explained to the manager what I just wrote.. all she said was she would talk to him... I said he doesn't need talking to he need fired, he does not need to be allowed to drive again! I saw him nearly rear end a vehicle and whip in and out of traffic before almost side swiping me... I told him he was lucky he wasn't outside .. his answer was " do something" as I walked out.. this sorry excuse of a man didn't even apologize!! Our order didn't come as we imagined. Our order was missing a cheese pizza and it was cold because something happened with the driver during delivery. We called and spoke to Brittany the manager who was working and she was quick to make sure we were satisfied with our order. They were quick to get a whole new fresh order in for us free of charge! Don't waste your time if you are using any kind of advertised offer. The Desert Deals showed the Large Works for $10. When I called to order it for pick up I they acted like they had no clue what offer I was talking about. They said the best they could do was $12. I told them the offer said $10. He said I needed to bring the Desert Deals in so they could look at it. Totally unnecessary in my opinion. You would think they would know about their own offers and that they would honor what they advertise. Also, there is nothing printed in the offer that states you have to bring anything in. Great pizza! Great price! Always great service! After a long day, Papa John's feeds the family. Garlic knots, wings, salad, pizza, cookie or cinnamon pull aparts..it's all delish. The Works is our favorite pizza and of course the double chocolate chip brownie to help it all settle. I would recommend ordering online to earn Papa Point$. Been a customer for a long time. Their pizza has been pretty good up until recently. Lately the quality seems to have slipped a notch or two. Tonight I ordered a medium, regular crust pepperoni and sausage with extra pepperoni. Either they screwed up the order or their idea of extra is minuscule at best. I called the Bullhead store on 9/28/18...at 1pm to Ogden a half and half...man says he can't make that then changes when I question him...when I go to pick up my pizza it was wrong ..2 slices were my order..the rest was NOT...The guy I spoke to..blamed it on the other guy working that day,,and that was it...i took my unhappy pizza and left..i didn't have time to make it right ...thats why it's called "Fast Food"... read more

A great Papa Johns with excellent customer service! We called for a delivery order 15 minutes before closing and they still took our order. We had some trouble with the driver not able to deliver on the first attempt but the Manager "Nathan" came through and was able to re-deliver a hot, fresh, delicious pizza in a decent time.
