Tried the new owners pizza place. To Go. RVK Ordered a medium pizza , Caesar Salad , 2 lbs Buffalo wings, Deli combo. $60. Okay I can tolerate that. Service was below standard. First of all waited 35 minutes. Other customers that came after us were served first. STILL we waited patiently. Deli sandwich .. scarce on the deli meet , just thrown together open faced, poor presentation for the price. Caesar salad .. lettuce wilted and soggy, croutons soggy, lettuce brown and unacceptable, tasted and looked like bag lettuce. Wings were okay nothing great 2 lbs were 8 pieces. Pizza was decent , but you are better off going to casinos. I have lived locally in Laughlin for 6 yrs, up here on Needles we are limited on eating establishments, I get it. However , for $60 make a quality product. Pizza was decent but not the best quality ingredients, it was just okay. Unfortunately we won't be returning. We could have done way better at the Pioneer. We wanted to give this place a chance, since it was so close to our home. read more

I was very pleasantly surprised with the new ownership of this pizzeria. The food, flavor and quality have improved to new highs. Service was great and with a smile from the young guy at the cash register. Place looked cleaned, they are still working on their dinning room so far I like what I see. A return visit yielded another small Antipasto Salad with Italian Dressing, which contained ample luncheon meats and cheeses though they were on the bottom of the salad, and needed to be mixed in. I followed this starter with a large Spaghetti & Meatballs & Mushrooms, this time with Meat Sauce. It was just as good as the entree I had previously ordered with Pomodoro Sauce rather than Meat Sauce, and I liked both versions equally. The highlight of both dishes was the trio of large meatballs studded within the spaghetti. Included Garlic Bread was a good accompaniment. Diane very much liked her large Chicken Alfredo made with penne, along with extra Alfredo Sauce. Besides being saucy, this dish was bristling with gooey cheese. This business is an asset to the Laughlin community. The food is good and reasonably priced. They even have a small game room as well as jigsaw puzzles and books and magazines to read and borrow. The pizza is always good here on this side of Laughlin up on the hill and that special was a good deal too. The pizza is thin crust has a chew and pull to the crust that I love . I think it could use another minute in the oven to crisp up the undercarriage a little bit more but the taste and the ingredients are all fresh and taste really good. Great pizza! Great service!! My wife and our friends were checking around for some good pizza. Looked a few of them up, and this place was our final decision. The employees that were working that night (01/03/24) were awesome! Very friendly, helpful, professional and just good dudes! We ordered a Giant (all pepperoni, half extra mushroom, the other half, onion and sausage) and we killed it. It was a thin crust, which we loved and the toppings were all cut up in small pieces, but they were plentiful. I'm not from the area, but when I come back, yeah, this place will be our go to. The establishment isn't clean at all!! The ladies that are there when I went in wasn't clean. They handle money and then go make delivery and never wash their hands. This isn't something that should never happen putting hands in different sides and have no gloves on. I'm would like to know the owners of this business. Don't plan on visiting again . Every single time I've gotten food here they gave me the completely wrong order and made me wait an extra 30+ minutes for them to remake my food. The restaurant is severely understaffed and the staff seem extremely overworked. The interior of the restaurant is typically peaceful and quiet, the lighting is nice and the chairs are comfortable! However, I will not be getting food from Mama's again. I used to love getting pizza as their food is usually great and I've been a customer for years, but the continued rush and stress put on the employees has severely diminished the food quality and service. My last 6 or so times coming here I've returned the food because it was either the wrong order, they made it wrong, or there was hair in it. Gross. read more

I ordered for the 1st time Got a large dinner salad 1 large pizza 1 small pizza. 12 wings 2 Litres of Soda All the food was very good Very polite over the phone Got home and they forgot the wings. Drove back to restaurant. They apologized. I understand mistakes happen but should of offered a discount on a future order. considering like all restaurants who deliver they charge a fee. We order pizza and garlic bread to our hotel across the street, it was very smooth all though they asked for prepayment in our credit card and they don't deliver to the room but food quality was very good and some might say the pizza sauce was a little but sweet... I would not recommend the spaghetti there is nothing special there almost taste like tomato sauce. The antipasto salad was high in price I thought for the chopped salad you get in a bag with some salami in it. The pizza was just ok nothing to write home about the supreme was loaded thin crust which I prefer thick. Could have used a little more sauce and cheese. I will do the pizza again I think but might just buy self rising at the grocery store for a lot less money. read more

After spending the morning rock hunting we stopped by here for lunch. Ordered a large with pepperoni, mushroom, black olive, and Canada bacon. First impression he did not skimp on the toppings. Pepperoni Pizza and bone-in bbq wings were delicious. Big pizza and great price for it I think it was a large for $12.99?. I liked the ranch too, pretty sure it was homemade, and the garlic sauce was good too and not too strong! Staff was friendly, the inside was nice, although I did take out, I got to walk inside and get a feel for the place. If I could give 0 stars I would. The female with the cheetah tattoo was the worst person I've encountered working in customer service. She hates her job is the impression I got. My pizza was the last one to come out out of everyone that ordered, I got an order of 5 wings and when my wings finally arrived I only had 4. I went to let them know and she told me that it was going to be another 12 minutes. My pizza was already out I didn't want it getting cold, and I didn't want to wait 12 minutes to just eat wings alone. I asked her for my money back and she said there was "no way for me to get a refund & that I was going to leave her register short" I said that's not my fault. She said the only thing she could do was to remake my pizza, I said fine I'll wait to have my pizza and wings come out together. It's been 20 minutes and I still haven't received my order. We came to this place because of the 4 star rating but honestly I have no idea how this place even has 1 star with a person like her working here. read more

Made a trip to Laughlin, and my family and I were craving some good pizza. We looked up some places near by and found this place. Walking in, it was empty, but it was about 45min (8:15pm) to closing time because they closed at 9pm. Our party was about 11 people and they happily served us all, even with the limited amount of time. Friendly people and most of all great food. The pizza was pretty good and cheesy and pizza should be. We also ordered chicken wings, teriyaki and buffalo and they were very good. The potato wedges were crispy and cooked perfectly. I will be returning to this little spot. It's worth giving them a try if your in Laughlin. read more
