Diarrhea from their pizza. Dough was undercooked (even though I asked for it well done). I put it back in the oven at home before eating, but it was still bad. Also, walked in hearing the workers complain about rude customers. Decided to be extra patient to cut them some slack, but they took their sweet time undercooking a pizza. What was a "4 minute wait" turned into a 15 minute wait. They're likely to respond, saying "the extra time was used to cook it longer/you wanted it well done" but that should have been done within the 4 minute ETA. And that extra cooking time wasn't even done, so my time was wasted by patience-abusing kids. Also, they make pizzas with no gloves, touching their AirPods often to turn on/off their music. had a really unpleasant experience here. Two of the workers (both emo-looking guys) were extremely rude and made me feel completely unwelcome. Instead of treating me with respect, they talked badly about me and even made comments about how I looked, saying I "look funny." That might not seem like much to them, but it was really hurtful and made me uncomfortable the entire time I was there. No customer should be made to feel like they don't belong. If this place wants to keep people coming back, they seriously need to hire workers who know how to treat others with kindness and professionalism. Truly a horrible pizza. Order our pizza on line the estimate time to be ready to be picked up stated 17-25 minutes. We live less than 5 miles. Hubby took off to pick up pizza as soon as it was ordered picked it up and got back home in 20 minutes after leaving. This is so disgusting. The photo doesn't do it justice. It is the longest hair just draped across the cheese bread like as if I asked for it as a topping. We usually don't have problems here but today's experience led me to leave this review. We ordered delivery with no contact, since we have been in quarantine due to COVID exposure. The delivery driver ignored this and came in close contact, thankfully we were wearing gloves and mask when answering the door. Not only that, but one of our pizza's was squished which the dude just said "sorry". Our wings quality seal was also ripped too. I called in, they put two free pizzas AND free delivery. So tonight we called to redeem our two free pizzas, but still needed a third pizza. They then added a delivery fee! My husband opened the pizza I ordered and started eating before I noticed that the spinach and tomato Alfredo pizza I ordered didn't have spinach. I went to the app to get a refund or discount like post mates but no luck. I called, waited, only to hear that they ran out of spinach so they just made it without it. Didn't even call us to ask what we'd prefer occur . AND since we bit off a slice, there was no longer any customer service required to provide any satisfaction. Not happy with the so advertised "contactless delivery" . . . First the seal wasn't on the boxes, and the young driver handed the box to my husband when we answered the door (extended her arm out to be as far as possible but still pointless to call contactless if someone is handing it out to you). I immediately called the store to complain about the seal, they verified we had selected the contactless option when ordering online, and all they could say was sorry the driver probably forgot to put the seal in the car before delivering for being rushed. I was disappointed because the commercials make it seem like the seal is to ensure the customers no one touches the pizza once it's out the oven, and by being in a rush also forgot the contactless delivery. We had ordered pickup a half pineapple half pepperoni pizza at the Laveen, Az establishment. We received rude customer service as soon as we walked in. There was no greeting and the front store employee had a bad attitude. We received the wrong ordered and did not notice the order was incorrect, we called to notice the store and ordered to pick up a new one. There was no compensation offered for our time to drive once more to papa johns to pick up the correct order and they also notified me that they needed the incorrect pizza returned and untouched in order to give us the correct order with no charge. I asked to speak with the manager and the rude employee on the phone stated "I am the manager". I will not be going back to pick up the correct order, now I am left at home with the wrong order and do not feel comfortable returning to your store. Please fix this. read more

Our first time ordering here and I will say the wings are some of the best chain pizza wings compared to most, and the cinnamon dessert is delicious, it doesn't have an overwhelming sweetness they had just enough that's only reason why I'm giving them three stars besides that I wouldn't give them more than three stars because of the pizza the pizza and it's self is alright if they added a little bit more sauce and a little bit more pepperoni it would be perfect and it's a great bargain for how much you get. the delivery time is pretty fast. read more

While I usually have no issues with the quality of the food I get when ordering, and super fast delivery, the prices have skyrocketed in the past few months. Delivery fee has gone up 1.50, sides and wings have also gone up by 2$. I find it difficult to keep ordering from Papa Johns as they are much more expensive than any other pizza delivery joint in the area.
