All of our food was prepared fresh and accurate. I love that they put a lot of cheese on the salad and you get real ranch but they have other options too. They are always amazing. The food has been good on some visits and absolutely terrible at other times. I know there is a new chef and a lot of new staff, so we are trying to be patient while everyone gets trained. I'm adding pics of the filet and ribeye we had right before Chef Chris' departure. Also, I would love to see some attention to the patio. It has amazing potential, and we absolutely love having dinner out there, but for a golf course and restaurant of this caliber, it could use some love. I told her no big deal, no one is behind me at this point.. it is probably 6:11 maybe... they pulled us to the trash can and went on their merry way. so. Why we did not already have more filets thrown down for peak dinner time, I have no clue. So by 6:20, no food, several other vehicles have pulled behind me. By 6:32 people were honking, obviously frustrated because not a single car in the drive through was moving. Infact, a few minutes after this.... the lady that was in a minivan directly behind me, got out of the driver seat of her car and marched her happy ass INSIDE the restaurant herself to get her order of food. She walked back out of the resturant, food in hand. And not so shockingly after that... a guy brought my food out to my vehicle and was starting to apologize... I stopped him and said "I hope you guys have a much better night." He looked shocked that i killed him with kindness. One.... working in the fast food industry sucks enough as it is. Two..... working with miserable people has to be miserable. If you are going to work anywhere, have at least a fake customer service voice and maybe give a little bit of a damn about the quality of service you are providing. Hope this helps.

The lady working the drive through told me about this trick to put another cup around the shake to keep it cold, worked like a charm!
