When we unpacked our order, multiple items were missing--meals, drinks, sauces--you name it. I called the restaurant immediately. The first person hung up on me. The second call connected me to Michelle, who claimed to be the manager. What happened next was shocking: * She yelled over me the moment I began explaining the issue. * Repeatedly insisted it was a "DoorDash problem," refusing to take any responsibility. * Told me to "shut my mouth" before hanging up. * Refused to answer any further calls.
