Unfortunately, the delivery app used my location and somehow I ended up ordering in another state. I didn't catch this until I was already at the restaurant and we could not find my order in the system. My order had disappeared from the Wendy's app, and I was having difficulty canceling my order and re-ordering. The management team went above and beyond. They went ahead and made my food and gave it to me, despite me not having paid or ordered at the right location. They gave me the resources to cancel my order and refund my money at another time. So thankful for the caring individuals who helped me today! Wish I could've caught names to give a proper thanks. Food was great, as you would expect any Wendy's establishment to be. Highly recommend if you are stopping through the Mitchell area!

There were no cups at the ketchup dispenser. I took a cup lid and pumped the ketchup onto it. Fries were nice and hot, hamburger was good but we will never go to this Wendy's again.

I usually go to the Bloomington location, and they tend to be much more generous with the M&M's there. This time, the amount of M&M's I received was about the same as what I normally get in a small, single-scoop custard. Considering I paid for double M&M's, it was a bit disappointing.
