Not sure what's going on there, but the last 3 times I've ordered take out the order has been wrong. Usually it's things left out of the order. Tonight I picked up a spud max that had a sprinkling of cheese, and a few pieces of bacon on it. (The sticker on the box said "spud max', but apparently someone in the kitchen doesn't know what's supposed to be on it.) Also, what's up with the kid's cookie. Is it really supposed to be just 1/4 of a regular cookie? Do better McAlister's! I'm looking faith. read more

I was happy with the Cuban sandwich I had tonight. Lots of meat but even though I asked for extra cheese, I couldn't taste it and it needed more mustard and maybe mayo because it was a little dry. The mac and cheese was bland and I couldn't eat it. My hubby ordered the club with extra tomatoes and received a sandwich with no tomatoes. I was very disappointed with my meal here. I ordered the Garden Fresh Turkey sandwich which was supposed to have avocado, yet there was one very tiny slice of avocado on only half of the sandwich. I ordered a Tea Lemonade Unsweet, but received a sweet tea instead with little to no ice. I ordered the "tomato and cucumber" salad which should have been called "Cucumber and onion" salad instead as it literally had 1 tomato piece and the remainder had cucumbers and onions. The only good part of my lunch was the brookie bar. Then, when I went to the women's bathroom, the sink was not working yet there was a sign that all employees must wash their hands before returning to work. How can they wash their hands if the sink isn't working. I will say that when I asked for more ice and some lemonade in my drink after finishing my meal, the employee who helped me was very nice and helpful. Overall, I wouldn't recommend. read more

I went with 3 others: I ordered first. They received their food. The kid who brought their food said 3xs that he checked on my food & it was almost ready. My friend went up to the counter to ask about my food. They wanted to know if I had my receipt: Mind you my number was still displayed on the table. They had to make my food, when the girl brought it out, she said they had it before but didn't know who it belonged to. Very poor service. read more

You don't have many healthy options in Bedford...so we were very grateful McAlister's came to town. My wife loves the Savannah salad, it's huge and delicious! All of their soups are good..as well are their sandwiches. We eat there at least once a week..and often have them deliver to our house. They have improved dramatically since their opening in quality of service and we enjoy eating there. The peach lemonade is stellar...and we're addicted to the Brookies ...highly recommend! read more

I usually order take out from here for lunch. My go to order is a soup and sandwich or soup and salad on most orders. I am a big fan of their chili. And there sandwiches are typically pretty good. Only reason for 4 stars versus 5 stars is there are times when the food is not consistent between orders, usually with the sandwiches. Other than that I enjoy eating the food from there. A good menu selection and great iced tea! read more

We've just moved from a huge town & found Doordash to be lacking but we found McAllister's & it's great! With moving & not wanting to cook, my hubby and I have enjoyed many meals here. I love the club, & sweet tea. We aren't used to sweet tea! It's a nice change! They have delicious peach sweet tea. They have great brownies too! We've been pleased that they are open 7 days a week! Sure don't see the draw of this place but since it's a chain, people will frequent them. Soup is never hot, spuds have dropped in size tremendously as is the stuff they put on top, and never thought their sandwiches were all that great, mostly just bread. First time I have ever left a review for any restaurant. I downloaded Yelp for this reason... Ordered half a McAlister's club and soup. (Never had McAlister's before) Opened my box when I got home to find only a quarter of a sandwich sloppily thrown together. Took two bites and found a hair in my sandwich. Threw away the rest. While we were in store waiting for our takeout, a dine-in customer came up to the staff and pointed out that their cook put no chicken or pecans on their chicken pecan salad. The employee laughed and said they were out of pecans. The customer asked why they still advertised it and the employee responded with "I don't know". The customer then said they just wanted to point out that their cook needs to know that they made a mistake. The customer walked away and the employee laughed it off. Nothing offered to correct this and terrible overall customer service. Don't know if I caught them on an off day, but it was not a good first impression. Best of luck. read more

Nice clean building, very friendly and food is really good. In the nice weather you can sit outside which is nice to do as well. If you plan to go make sure you plan around Sunday's church rush, that is the only time we have come to eat and it's been busy. read more

It's McAllisters, their food is always great! Good food and service, the only issue we've ever had has been with attempting to call in orders. The website couldn't find the Bedford location and no one would answer the phone. Otherwise they are one of the top restaurants. read more

I am so glad to have a McAlister's in Bedford!! I will say the place can be slow sometimes but the food is always delicious, fresh, and made to order. Every time I have visited, the location has been clean and I definitely feel that it is a welcoming environment. The only reason I do not give it a 5-star review is because I feel that the service could be a bit quicker based on past visits at this location and other McAlister's Deli locations. read more

My most recent experience found me standing in line with 3 people behind me while 4 people behind the counter discussed their schedules and whose job it was to take orders and who was supposed to take food out and who got to work the drink dispenser. The person elected to get a Diet Coke didn't know how to use the machine and ended up with Sprite all over her hand FYI. Once I had my food though, things were all right. read more
