I've been a frequent customer of this Papa Murphy's Bridle Trails, 132nd Street store for years. In my never-humble opinion, Papa Murphy's is the BEST. Best food. Best value. Just the BEST. Period. A couple of days ago, having encountered a puzzling glitch when attempting to send in an order online, I called the store and was quickly routed to Jenn, the new manager (actually, one of three partners who recently purchased the franchise). She quickly gave me a demonstration of professional customer service that exceeded my expectations by orders of magnitude. As usual, the pizzas were exceptional. Got what I needed and was very timely and prompt and just great welcoming service and great energy with all the staff

Unreliable hours. We called and called on Friday October 10 at 6pm and nobody answered. Then drive there at 6:15 hoping to order and wait. The sign said they were open until 7pm but they were completely closed up and gone, with no sign saying so. I may start looking elsewhere after being a longtime customer. Got a cheesy garlic bread and make your own classic pizza. The pizza had very little sauce and was a little dry.

I first tried to log in using my previous password, but it did not take it for some reason. So I tried to reset my Password. It supposedly sent me an email to reset my password, but I never received the email after several attempts to resend it. Did not go to Junk Mail either. After 30 minutes of frustration, I then tried to call in my order. The person taking the order was using a headset that was causing so much static that had to ask him to repeat himself any times as I could hardly hear him. It took 1o minutes to place the order from this call. The store manager needs to fix their headsets. Not a very good customer service experience. read more

This outlet does not have online ordering so when you call in you do not know the price until you arrive. If they had online ordering this would resolve a lot of problems. Last week I ordered two $5 Favs pizza and soda and we enjoyed them, they were great. Fast forward a week and I called to order the same again. By some phone communication error, when I arrive that previously $13 pizza and soda is now $32.31 Not a nice surprise but dinner is waiting so I gotta pay it. Totem Lake and Bellevue Papa Murphy's are further away and both have terrible parking but I've never had a $20 "mistake" at those stores before read more

When I called in a order tonight I was helped by a very courteous person. I was expecting a 15-20 minute wait but was told it would be ready in five minutes. Not only was it ready when I got there, the young man carried it to the door and even offered to walk it to my car. I didn't need to take him up on his kind offer but I remember times in the past when my kids were little - that would have been a very welcome gesture. All in all? Best customer service I've received in a long time. And the vegetarian pizza was great too! read more

The good news: Pizza was perfectly good and we enjoyed it. Thank you. The bad news: They take various sorts of coupons. Neither the base pricing or the coupons are announced or visible even when physically in the store and pricing really depends on how much energy you are willing to spend. The owner provided no help when I asked how to order at most reasonable price. The fix is easy: one fixed price for everyone and post it. Less than great service. Kept trying to pull up the coupon from their website. Guy wouldn't honor the coupon unless it was ordered online. Online service was down. He still wouldn't honor it even though it was on my phone in my hand. Online also won't allow you to split the pizza to customize (again, something I wouldn't have been able to do without a human.) overall just felt annoying and that he was happy to stand there waiting while I try and get the coupon to work online. I'll drive to the other locations of this is how the staff are expected to behave toward customers. What's $2-$3 off to help out when the website won't work? Giving 2 stars since it's brand new, clean and fancy looking. Service goes well beyond Esthetics IMO. read more

Great fast and friendly service. It cracks me up when people come into a "take and bake" place wanting pizza by the slice.

Papa Murphy's in Bridle trails the pizza we ordered had no taste a little sauce lots of salt I'd rather buy a box pizza Than have another one of theirs it was the worst, i'm sure tomorrow my face will be really puffy and my eyes will be swollen from all the salt. read more

This is my favorite Papa Murphy store. Great pizza is about the crust and this store has excellent dough skills. I could tell when the current owner took over from the original owner because the quality went up and stayed at a high level. Keep up the great work! read more

This is a good value for what you get. We had steak & garlic pizza on thin crust which we cooked on our covered grill. Delightful. Can't wait to try some of their other pizzas. They are still getting set up so some things the staff is still learning. Very helpful nonetheless. read more

We ordered online and our pizza was ready when we arrived. It was really convenient to be able to order & pay online because I had the kids in the car. When I arrived, the new owners greeted me & introduced themselves, plus carried out pizza to the car! We will definitely be back here. read more

We like Papa Murphy's, but never tried this location till the other day. Not all locations are created equal. Ordered over the phone and showed up in person at the appointed time. Pizza wasn't quite ready and decided to pay first. Had 2 coupons for two pizzas ordered. The cashier ran up the total, but before he could swipe my credit card, another employee came up to "help". He studied each coupon and 3 minutes later, said I couldn't use a coupon because I had removed the olives from my Cowboy pizza (so I didn't *really* order a Cowboy pizza). Now, the store owner comes by and he and helper guy discuss at great lengths about the coupons, all while other customers are waiting. Noone is actually making my pizza. Fast forward 20 minutes, I walked out paying 30% more than I should have. Horrible experience, bad customer service! read more

First time there this weekend. Got the Cowboy pizza. Was in and out quickly. Met the owner and she was super nice. Kids enjoyed it as well. We did pick up cookie dough for them as well which was yummy. read more

This is my favorite pizza place. I have been coming here for a few months now and have never had an issue. The prices are great, the pizza is amazing. Today stands out though. I met the owners tonight and they went out of their way to make sure I left happy. I ended up dropping a sauce and they refused to let me help! I wish I could give six stars, but five will do.
