Barrels and shelves of biscuits, chocolates and other sweet bites. Greeted as I was walked in, I was offered a mini chocolate filled biscuit. Mmmm as its buttery goodness melted in my mouth and exposed the dark chocolate fudge center. Yes, I must buy some. The shortbreads are in the center of the store in open bins. Almost a dozen choices. I went with a couple of plain ones and a couple of chocolate ones. Both were fabulous. In the Paris rainy fall, I discovered I needed to eat them in a couple of days or they loose their crispness. Also because they contain a lot of butter, don't set the biscuits on anything fabric. I need more !!
