My appointments were the most relaxed thing about my week. After only 10 visits she helped break up my scar tissue and adhesions AND I can finally wear jeans again without cringing and crying from pain. 11/10 reccomend. I always wanted to try a more natural route and am SO incredibly glad I did. Charity helped give me the confidence, support, and belief that I could do this naturally. Charity made sure all my needs were met, even the ones I didn't realize I needed, like a snack after birth and extra diapers for baby. One thing I really loved about Charity was that she did not push me to do anything I didn't want to do unlike in a hospital setting, and she provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision before the birth so I was able to make a choice before the new rush of hormones. Charity is so family friendly and really gets to know you one on one- she treats you like a real person and not just another patient. One of my favorite things about an appointment with Charity was that they never felt rushed, I always felt like my appointments were just as important to her as they were to me and my husband. If I was to ever have another, you bet I'd be calling Charity! It was perfect and I wouldn't change a thing.

I was prescribed physical therapy and wanted to start as soon as possible... I should have taken…read morethe fact that Action Point had multiple appointments available within a few days. During my first appointment, I had high hopes, received a massage and went on my way.. I could not stand up by the end of the night. I was in so much pain! I figured it was supposed to be that way and continued going. They only tried to ease the symptoms and not to heal the root cause of my pain. They would start late on me (and not just a few minutes) the longest I waited for after my time was 15 minutes and then they stuck me in their dance room with a mirror and used a massage gun on me the whole time, the owner telling me, they overbooked.. Not only did they start late most of the time but would release me early from the appointment. This happened time and time again. I am disappointed in myself for going back. I know they took advantage of me and it is so disheartening... I ended up going to the YMCAs physical therapy.
