Most of the rings in there were priced at $9.99 and their necklaces were priced around $17.99. Everything in there was very classy. I walked out with a $204 bill. I've never had particularly kind service here but today took the cake. The start of the checkout process was something of an interrogation involving every bit of personal information they could possibly ask for. They asked for things repeatedly and asked me to double check everything (lots of mistakes). After that, running my card was something of a fiasco, the first two times it didn't work at all even though it went through the whole process (I'll have to check for excess charges now). To pile insult upon tedium, the manager helping with the transaction looked at me and said "well you're a testy one aren't you?" If that were ever an appropriate thing to say to a paying customer who had complied perfectly with your Byzantine instructions, I'm sure everyone would agree that it is incredibly tacky to say after the payment has been received. It is my deepest regret that I did not get the name of the short white lady manager.

I've bought a navy, off the shoulder shorter dress and one pink ballgown with a corset bodice & both are good quality and very pretty. The customer service tends to be good, but sometimes you have to ask to get any help.
