Three groups ahead of mine didn't know how to enter their scores or forgot, so they just stopped playing. I also think the reservations could be spaced out better. By the end of the night, our waitress switched to Mariah she wasn't as attentive and didn't provide great customer service. My sister ordered hookah, and there was a 20% gratuity added to the hookah that was separate from the bottle gratuity. The venue was nice.
