The Buffalo Shrimp we ordered for the appetizer were soggy and chewy. My burger was also poorly cooked. Then when I asked for the check, the waitress read my total to me instead giving me the check. The amount didn't add up to the amount I estimated, but I paid any ways and left. The amount didn't feel right so I went back and asked for my receipt. On the receipt there was a 3% fee charge. The manager said the fee was to cover inflation. He said everyone is charged the fee and I was not singled out. I accepted his answer as the truth, but there were no signs saying that there would be another 3% fee charged. I had to speak to three people to get someone who knew why I was charged a fee.
