I went to the Clinton location where I wanted to place my morning. I was told then that there cutter (as of 9/17/26) was broken and to try another location - or of course, wait til it's fixed & they would notify me, given my order had been placed. So the following day, I went to this location and this staff told me to simply go online to fill out the card designs and the prints would be available to me within 24 hours. And that, is exactly what happened. I placed on order and my prints were printed and ready early morning the following day! The only reason this place can get 4-stars if because it appears as though the communication between locations vary. Annapolis for example, said they don't offer same-day prints while the customer shops but the Clinton location said sure, if their cutter worked. A little inconvenience between those two locations but overall, my task was made complete & in a timely fashion.
