I like this Office Depot a lot. The location is at a busy intersection with plenty of parking. Right next to Kohl's and Chick Fil A. It has all the necessities such as TUL pens, furniture, printers, and paper. I've never had a long wait in line or problems finding items. Staff is professional and friendly. I've also used their online order / pick up service. My order was ready within 45 minutes, was accurate and super easy to pick up. read more

I agree with Jen L. You need to enter Office Depot from the Towne Centre side otherwise you'll be making a lot of U-turns if they are even allowed. I like any office store. It's like a candy store for me. The colorful post-it notes, the neat pens and all the different calendars and organizers (which BTW, I need to create organizers because they just don't offer exactly what I'm looking for). Office products are pricey and I'd rather shop at Walmart or make-do with what limited supplies we have at work. But if I need to send a fax or use their printing services, I like to help myself to a free Keurig cup of coffee or tea. I just observed someone buying paper by the count instead of a full ream. I point to an empty peg and say that's the one I wanted but you seem to be out of that, and a lot of other items. He shrugs and says well it is January. With no expression I shake my head and leave after saying I'm going to try that excuse at work and see how it goes over. I go in one night with a box of shreddables. The woman who finally appears at the print shop counter says they're understaffed. I always understand and allow for the stresses that understaffing creates. Except that on this night there appear no other customers in the store. I direct her attention to the young man alone at the cash register and say you say that but he's been playing with his phone the entire time I've been here. I know, there's a pandemic on, but seriously. Yelp says two stars means "Meh. I've experienced better." I have, and so have you. Never order anything to be delivered that you cannot carry yourself from Office Depot. They will bring a super heavy item to your home and leave it just inside your front door because "we don't go any further than that." Even if where it is supposed to go is only another 15 feet away on the same level in your house they REFUSE to put it there. I will never order anything from them again. read more

Nice store, friendly employee at the checkout but kind of a weird lack of parking for this location. We wish they had more parking but it works if they aren't too busy. We never spotted any employees in the store other than the checkout so no one was able to help us answer questions while we were shopping but maybe they were busy. Not fun to get out of the plaza because you can only make a right hand turn. read more

Bigger store, awful entrance! You can only get in one way! Forget about trying to make a left into the store's parking lot, you'll have to go all the way down make a U turn and then make a right only to make a left. Look at a map first or you will be very frustrated. I liked it better when it was in the Harbour Center. Plenty of parking and convenient to everything else. Okay, since my last review the store has gone through some managerial changes that have prompted me to review them better, based on service. Greeted at the front door by several folks upon entering; and staff appear to have been trained to help. When you need something, they actually take you to the spot instead of pointing to an aisle. This is a big improvement and a more helpful approach to service than my prior experience. Been in several times now and finding some really good sale deals too. Can't beat some of these and started to check in more regularly to see what's on sale and what I need. read more

Not impressed. I went to OD to get my iPhone 7 plus' screen replaced. They had a great 25% off coupon which brought the cost down a lot. They seem to hire good technicians and felt I was in good hands leaving my phone with them. After the 2 hour window, I received notification from the OD store. Assuming my phone was ready for pickup I answered (Via mom's phone) and was told the technician had broken the wires connecting my home button. I was told that I would have my phone back in an hour or two at most; however now they need to ship it out to God knows where to have it fixed. With the weekend and upcoming holiday (New Years) it will most likely be four to five days until I get my phone back- AND I'm still being charged fully for the repair. They said they would take care of the shipping and additional cost of repair, which is fine and dandy, but now I'm without a phone unexpectedly with no way to receive alerts from my employer through the application we use. At least I know now never to trust OD with another tech issue. Great store to buy paper from, but not good for much else. read more

6/19 update: This store is still much the same, with all the strengths I indicated above. I wanted to say when I looked yesterday, the furniture had better backings; not cardboard. Still not top quality, but I wanted to update my previous remark since things have changed. Hopefully, very few large furniture units have cardboard backing nowadays! read more

On Dec 28, 2018 I went with my daughter to the Annapolis, MD Office Depot to have her iPhone 7 plus cracked screen repaired. We were told the repair would only take 1 to 2 hours. At the end of 2 hours, we received a call from the store saying they broke the home button wire on the phone when the screen was being replaced. They went on to explain they were overnighting the phone to their offsite repair facility to have an emergency repair completed on the phone. We were assured this would only take two days. It is now been seven days and still no phone. After contacting the store several times and after receiving false information on several accounts, we are still left without a phone. Very disappointed in Office Depot. Strongly recommend not taking your cell phone to Office Depot for a cell phone screen replacement. read more

I had to get some prints done and the department manager Becky was so incredibly helpful and patient I was completely unaware that I spent over an hour standing there working with her. I was beyond impressed with her professionalism. I can't say the same for the rest of the people at the store, they tend to be really rude. I called in asking to see if I could come in and get prints done and the lady on the phone, Valerie or something has probably never heard of customer service before. Sounded like a high school over privileged brat and I could hear her eyes rolling over the phone. My review is focused on the printing department-as for the rest of the store i would say good luck and avoid the associates. read more

Was in today to get a large black & white print job. Waited at the print counter for 10 min behind 2 customers. ONE OD employee was working the print area. There were 5 other OD employees standing around talking among themselves, doing absolutely nothing work related. One employee was even getting a soda out of the fridge. Asked for the manager. Assistant manager came to print area and helped out, including me. He did not approach or ask any of the other employees to help out or get to work. In fact, they all seemed to scatter when he showed up. Of the total of 9 employees (including asst manager), one was working the print area, another was at a cash register and one was working on some boxes near the bathrooms. Very poor emp management and customer service. This OD will be avoided in the future. read more

Parking lot is crazy! Always no parking available and traffic jams in the small area. People who work there are friendly and help if needed. Has everything you would expect from office depot and overall a good quick stop for supplies. read more

Purchased an office chair that was defective. Impossible to straighten out and the office depot company is non responsive. Best off you purchase from a higher quality company that cares about its customers. read more
